Let all the noise drift away.

Let's clock out and tune in.

Here's affirmations to manage self-talk and social anxiety.

I'm worthy of maintaining positive self-loving thoughts.

I monitor my self-talk,

Taking in compassionate thoughts and releasing those that discourage or harm my authentic self.

I consciously release dualistic black and white thinking.

I shift my perspective to acknowledge infinite truth.

I validate my own experiences,

Voice and reality.

I give myself permission to experience my desired reality.

I nurture positive self-talk,

Genuine connections and conscious movement forward.

I'm honest with myself when I'm in need of a mental health day.

My mental health matters and is just as important as my work.

My worth is not measured by my mental health or who and what I know.

This connecting to take mental breaks replenishes my energy and rejuvenates my creativity.

Having a curious mind resolves my daily challenges and tasks.

Listening to my divine inner child leads to more inspired action and variety within my work.

I confidently name and pursue my areas of interest and desired collaborations within the workplace.

Asking for honest feedback helps me become a better artist,

Creator,

Human and professional.

I release any and all attachments to self-destructive behaviors,

Distractions and misconceptions.

I now channel and express my life force energy in healthy,

Self-assuring ways.

I choose to take in mindful media to stay informed,

Aligned and aware of my own needs.

The connections I have are a reflection of my inner world,

Inner thoughts and integrated mind.

I attract high vibrational energies,

Messages and connections as I continue to show up as my best self.

I release negative thought patterns,

People,

Environments and unhealthy ways of communicating.

I consciously release dualistic black and white thinking by learning to shift my perspective to acknowledge the in-between,

The unseen and the unexpected.

I'm receptive in social spaces,

Choosing to remain flexible,

Honest and trusting.

I know when to tap into my own sacred energy,

When to disconnect from the relational mind and when to apply mutual understanding.

I follow the guidance and curiosity of a limitless imagination.

I honor the divine masculine and feminine energies within me.

I tune in to the highest expression of my divine inner child.

Boredom and discontentment do not derail me.

When feeling unmotivated,

I choose to re-evaluate how my skills,

Energy and inner dialogue can be better applied and well adapted.

When feeling drained,

I opt for a social detox and complete mind-body cleanse.
