Organizing the chi field.
Sit comfortably,
Bringing awareness to your physical body.
We align the spine.
Sit upright.
Tailbone tip reaching to and through the earth.
Expanding upward through Baha'u'llah,
The top of the head.
Up to the heavens above.
Relax the chin,
Down and back.
Eyes at horizon level.
Relax the neck.
Relax the shoulders.
Palms resting face down or face up on the lap.
Allow space between the ribs and the arms.
Torso relaxed.
Tucking in lower abdomen.
Raise Hui Yin,
The Yin Gate,
The space in between the genitalia and the anus.
A gentle lifting inside,
Not a tightening or a squeezing.
Knees relaxed open to shoulder width.
Continue to become more aware of where your feet are resting on earth.
Adjusting the mind.
Turning all attention,
All intention to the center of the head.
This is the home of the mind in your physical body.
From the center of the head,
We observe the body from head to toe,
From deep inside to outside,
Allowing all layers of the body to naturally integrate and harmonize with Qi.
Life,
Force,
Energy.
From the center of the head,
Consciousness expands,
Becoming more aware of the spaciousness inside.
Sensing the space inside the head,
The neck,
The chest,
Upper and lower arms,
The torso,
The pelvis,
Upper and lower legs.
Empty,
Yet not empty.
To enhance this inner awareness,
I invite you to connect to breath.
As you breathe in,
Breathe in to your center,
Your core.
As you exhale,
Release to the outer edges of the body.
Stay inside.
Breathe in to what you perceive is your center,
Your core.
As you exhale,
Release to the outer edges of the body.
Stay inside.
What this means is let your consciousness remain just under the layer of your skin.
Through this process,
Observe the breath.
Do not try to change it.
To control it,
Simply allow space for it.
Breathe in to your center.
Exhale to the outer edges of the body.
Follow your heart rhythm,
Your pace.
Through this process,
Thoughts or sensations may arise.
This is natural,
Normal.
Simply bring your awareness back to this breath.
Be it the inhalation,
The exhalation or the space in between.
Allow this breath to signify your willingness to be here now.
Knowing there is nothing you must do.
Know where you have to go.
Know a story you need to tell.
And in this knowing,
The body continues to open,
To relax.
And as the body relaxes,
The mind continues to expand,
Resuming natural breath.
We expand beyond our perceived physical boundaries,
Expanding from your center,
Your core to all directions,
All horizons from deep inside to outside,
Becoming one with nature.
In this expansive state,
Forget the physical.
Expand as far as your consciousness will take you.
Naturally expanding throughout the city,
The mountains,
The forests,
The sea.
Ascending above the clouds,
Beyond the moon,
Past the stars,
The planets,
The galaxies.
Open.
Open to infinite space.
In this state,
All is abundant,
Plentiful.
There is no lack.
Consciously connecting to the frequencies of infinite love,
Endless joy,
Deep compassion,
And eternal wisdom.
Naturally releasing all negative habits,
Thoughts,
Actions.
Simply let go.
Let go of what no longer serves your journey.
Release what you are ready to let go of.
For as you release,
You allow space to fill.
Fill.
Fill with the light,
The universal,
Abundant life force,
Energy,
All is well.
All is well.
You are well.
And in this knowing,
When you are ready,
We bring our awareness back down into the body.
Once again,
Expand out through space.
Step back into the body,
Feeling comfortable,
Centered,
And relaxed.
Feeling comfortable,
Centered,
And completely relaxed.
And in an act of self-love and self-recollection,
We bring our palms towards the navel.
Right hand first for women,
Left for men.
Aligning the center of the palms with the navel.
Hands resting in yang chi meditation.
Allow your consciousness to penetrate the space behind your navel,
Nourishing chi.
Entire body is harmonized with chi.
Harmonized with chi.
