A simple way to say thank you, for the things, places, people & inner experiences we have had over the last 24 hours. This gentle practice is accompanied by beautiful rhythmic music which supports our focus on the feeling of gratitude and enables us to feel it more deeply and sustain it for longer - so that we can come back to it again & again. A wonderful practice to do at any time of the day, to help us truly see, feel and appreciate the good things that we experience no matter how small.

Thank you.

Find a comfortable and safe space in which you like to sit.

Thank you.

Close your eyes.

And just say,

Thank you.

Say thank you for one material objective thing that you had,

Did or achieved in the last 24 hours.

Just one thing that you are grateful for.

Bring it to mind vividly.

See it clearly.

See the colours,

The form,

See the shapes and the texture.

See it in all its three dimensional beauty.

And just say thank you for it.

Thank you.

Now thank a place you visited or an aspect of the place you are in that you are grateful for.

See the place clearly in your mind's eye.

See the features,

The shapes,

The contours and the colours.

Hear the sounds and feel the temperature of the place.

It's the smells of the environment you are grateful for.

See that place from different angles and perspectives.

Maybe closer in,

In more detail.

Or from above,

Seeing a much broader expanse.

And just say thank you for it.

Thank you.

Just thanks for the warmth in your heart as you think of someone with whom you had an interaction with in the last 24 hours that you are just so grateful that it happened.

It may have put a smile on your face or simply enabled you to feel seen and heard during a challenging time.

It may have been with one person or many.

They may have been close or a total stranger.

It doesn't matter,

Just bring that person to mind and relive that positive shared sense between you.

Feel the energy between you and the connection it created.

Feel that special moment and experience the deepening trust,

Pleasure or connection that built from it.

And say thank you to them.

Thank you.

Thanks to all of you.

Feel the gratitude as you notice your breath.

Notice how the energy from that breath flows inside of you and feeds your whole body mind.

Or I would like you to acknowledge something about your inner self that you are grateful for.

It may be gratitude for how your complex body mind functions.

Or it may be about the amount or type of energy you have had over the last 24 hours.

It may be a beautiful positive feeling that you experienced.

Maybe even gratitude for experiencing the feeling of gratitude.

It may have been the feeling of living your purpose,

Embodying your reason for being and what motivates you to do everything with a heartfelt passion.

Or was it thanks for a simple thought,

An idea or solution that came to mind today and helped you overcome a particular challenge?

Just say thank you for anything you are grateful for about your inner self that you have experienced in the last 24 hours.

Say thank you to your inner self with the kindness and warmth you would show to say your best friend,

Partner,

Parent or child.

Thank you.

Now just be one with the feeling of gratitude.

Let it flow through your whole body.

Notice it flow from your toes and feet,

Through your legs,

Your torso and into your head.

Let it flow from your heart,

Across your chest and your arms,

Through your hands,

Into your fingertips.

Feel gratitude.

Be gratitude.

Bring your attention back to the room you are in.

Feel the seat firmly beneath you and open your eyes.

Notice the feeling of gratitude is available to you at any time.

You just have to acknowledge your gratitude and let it flow.

Feel gratitude for a multiverse full of gratitude,

Love and compassion.

Rise up and walk into your day.
