Hello beautiful soul and welcome to your guided meditation.

For today's session I invite you to begin by finding a comfortable seat with your back elongated,

Spine tall so that the air may flow freely in through the nose and out the nose.

When you find a comfortable position I invite you to begin tuning into the breath,

Perhaps closing the eyes if it feels comfortable.

Giving yourself this opportunity to tune down the external world and tune into your internal universe.

I invite you to slowly begin by counting your breaths as you inhale 1.

Exhale 2.

Inhale 3.

Exhale 4.

Inhale 5.

Exhale 6.

Inhale 7.

Exhale 8.

Inhale 9.

And exhale 10.

As you feel yourself with each breath becoming more and more relaxed,

Surrendering to the sweetness of this moment.

Reminding yourself that in this beautiful space there's nowhere to go and nothing to do.

This is your time to focus on yourself.

So I invite you to tune in and ask yourself,

How am I feeling?

Am I holding tension perhaps in my jaw or my shoulders?

Am I holding myself with compassion and grace?

With each breath that I take,

Am I being intentional?

Taking the time to truly nourish my body with each breath of fresh new oxygen.

And with each exhalation giving myself this opportunity to release that which no longer serves me.

As they say,

The way that we do one thing is how we do everything.

So how can we take this brief moment to reset and realign how we want to approach life?

With awareness,

With compassion,

With focus and grace.

This is the beautiful aspect of coming to a meditative practice,

Of giving yourself something simple in essence to focus on.

For it opens up the universe within and allows us to focus on this present moment.

I invite you to perhaps tune in to the breath,

To the slow and steady rise and fall of your chest.

To the slow but steady rise of your belly with each inhalation and the gentle contraction of each exhalation.

With each breath you inhale vitality and grace,

New energy and compassion.

And with each exhalation you exhale love and gratitude.

And noticing how within just these few moments of focusing on your breath you are able to impact your physiology,

Your mood,

Your behavior.

Perhaps finding a gentle smile on your lips as you feel this gentle yet powerful force of relaxation washing over your body.

Bringing your hands to heart center I invite you to begin rubbing those palms together creating that heat and light within.

Taking those palms,

Clasp them over your heart and I invite you to think of three things in this moment that you are incredibly grateful for.

Bringing those palms now gently so that the palms face towards the sky.

For as they say the energy that we give is the energy that we receive.

So I invite you to give gratitude,

Love and abundance.

Bringing your hands back to heart center once more begin rubbing those palms together.

Bringing those palms,

Clasp them over your eyes taking a big inhalation in through the nose.

Exhaling audibly at the mouth.

Thank you so much for joining me for today's practice.

I hope you feel refreshed,

Revitalized,

Rejuvenated and it helps you have an amazing rest of your day.

I'll see you next time.
