Hello and thank you for stepping into the space of receiving today in this meditation.

I invite you to sit or lie down,

Setting yourself up to receive in a comfortable position.

Resting your arms down by your sides or on your lap if you're seated.

Palms face up towards the sky in receiving mode.

Gently closing down your eyes and just connecting to the space you're in.

Receiving the inhale in the body.

Receiving the exhale in the body.

We're going to embark on a visualization experience now.

Visualization doesn't come as clear to you as just knowing or feeling.

I invite you to sink into one of those intuitive channels.

Begin to feel or sense or know that you step into a beautiful mountain scene.

You see before you a gorgeous pristine clear crystal blue mountain lake that is surrounded by evergreen pine and aspen trees.

It is a beautiful spring day,

Bright blue sky overhead,

Sun is shining,

Birds are singing,

Slight mountain breeze in the air.

Just taking in this mountain scene and receiving the colors of the trees,

Of the sky,

Of the sun,

Of the lake water,

Of the grass surrounding the lake.

Noticing different colored wildflowers starting to show their beauty.

Just receiving all of the different colors now of this scene.

I now invite you to receive the sounds that surround you in the scene.

Perhaps you hear the birds singing,

The trees gently rustling in the wind,

The sound of the water lapping at the shore.

Receiving the sounds of nature now.

I now invite you to receive the smells of this scene.

The sharpness of Mother Earth,

The sense of the wildflowers,

The sense of the lake water.

Receiving the smells now.

I now invite you to see or sense or know that you are standing upon Mother Earth and you bend down and touch the earth,

Feeling her gifts of nourishing soil,

Green grass,

Wildflowers.

Receiving the sense of connection through touch.

I now invite you to welcome in receiving the sense of taste as you take a big sip of water from your water bottle in this scene.

What does water taste like in your mouth?

What does it taste like as you swallow the water?

Beautiful.

Receiving comes in so many beautiful ways.

So on your next inhale,

Welcome in a big gratitude breath for your sense of receiving.

And as you exhale,

Sit with this feeling of receiving for a minute on your own.

Beautiful job.

Welcoming in a nice,

Calm inhale,

Receiving your breath.

And exhale,

Receiving the exhale.

Beginning to make some nice adjustments and rotation with the wrists and ankles.

Maybe you want to stretch your arms overhead or stretching the fingers down towards the toes.

Whatever feels good for you to invite in and receive some movement in the body.

Welcoming in an inhale.

And as you exhale,

Gently blink your eyes open and receive the surroundings in the space you're in.

Wrapping your arms around your chest,

Giving yourself a beautiful big hug.

Telling yourself,

I love you and thank you for receiving today.

Namaste.
