Paul Bail is a father, a counselor, a meditator, a scholar, and a somatic awareness enthusiast. He has been meditating since 1972 and counseling individuals, couples, and families on emotional and relationship issues since 1986. He is an alumnus of the graduate program at the University of Michigan and taught undergraduates and graduate students as an adjunct (part-time for 20 years). For the past 10 years, he has led a weekly meditation class in Massachusetts. He published two books with Greenwood Press (on subjects not related to meditation and spirituality). Over the past 45 years, he has had involvement with Western and non-Western meditation teachers of Buddhist and non-Buddhist lineages (India, Southeast Asian, Japanese, and Tibetan), and at various times has practiced Pilates, Tai Chi, Aikido, and Continuum. He continues to learn and endeavors to share the best of what he has learned.
