Whatever vibration is happening within you now is being reflected back. Your dharma, your way, is your purpose. We want to understand that as humans we are a reflection of the divine, we are creative beings. We're always creating. If we can put our life together with intention, then it becomes that much more powerful. It stops being about good or bad or should've/supposed to. When we live in the "should haves," we may be suppressing certain things that will help us in our dharmic evolution.

And find that comfortable seat.

And your gazing point.

And in this moment,

I want you to feel in as you're gazing at your gazing point,

I want you to feel in to your ability to trust yourself.

When I say that,

Is that a resounding,

Of course I trust myself,

Or oh no,

I don't trust myself at all,

Or somewhere in between.

If we come up with a low number on that trust yourself scale,

We know that we are very bought in to our mind.

The fleeting thoughts that attach to external things in an attempt to define itself.

If we say,

Yes,

I trust myself,

Then you are well on your way to listening to that inner voice.

That really is the difference.

All of our answers come from this journey of meditation.

An inner conversation.

Feel your body as it begins to shift,

Letting everything that is not you as an awareness begin to fall away.

So you,

So elegantly now,

Drop into the present moment.

It's a place that you visit.

You're meditating with me at least two times a week,

Maybe more.

And so you know how to get there.

You can eventually,

As you're ready,

Allow your eyes to close.

I wonder if that bridge from outer to inner has changed for you.

Sometimes that can be a hard moment in meditation to close your eyes and turn away from the external world.

Connect to what's inside.

Or has that become easier,

Something you look forward to?

Some days we can look forward to it and it still might be a little hard because the mind is so busy,

But still the desire is there.

Notice your breath.

It's getting smoother.

Imagine you as an awareness just riding the up and down of your breath.

A breathtaking pause at the top of your inhale.

And then you can just take a breath in and out.

Inhale,

That deep internal feeling at the bottom of your exhale.

And then as you feel ready,

Beginning to root down even further into this moment to pull your energy into the vehicle of your body,

Pulling it away from other distractions so that you are fully forced.

All of your prana is present for this meditation.

And all we really need to do is be present with ourself to know what it is we are meant to do next.

And then we can just take a breath in and out.

All we really need to do is be present with ourself to know what it is we are meant to do next.

We don't need to think about it.

We will simply begin to do it.

It will be like a second nature to us.

Our words and our hands and our deeds will reflect the pure nature of who you are.

The filters and the supposed tos and the conventions begin to fall away.

We don't even need to sort it out.

It just begins to happen.

So let's take an extra moment to bring all of our energy inward and to have that intention of being very present with yourself.

Yes,

As if you are meditating on you.

That might be a little different.

Then your normal posture and meditation.

We are giving a certain amount of energy for our day.

You know this at the end of the day when our tank feels a little bit low,

Run out of prana.

But we've been given a certain amount of energy to design this life,

This life in this body.

We can feel that energy in our second space.

What we do with that energy,

Prana,

The clay in which we mold our life,

We do that from our third space.

It's how we put ourself out in the world.

We do that trust and confidence.

Do our actions come from the inside out or grasping of the world around us.

Trying to understand who we are and what we're meant to do by external models.

It becomes very confusing.

Can we imagine,

Sense or feel that we are meeting the world from the inside out?

And that what we are offering is a gift.

What is the gift of our dharma?

It is the reason for our birth.

What if your every action was owned in that way as a gift to the world,

The reason you were here and the feeling of that changed dramatically,

How you presented that to the world.

Put in your heart open.

Each time you were given the opportunity to show yourself,

To offer your gift,

To live fully into your purpose.

And you talked about what you do,

Not be filled with excitement,

Pride and conviction.

Instead of shyness or reserve.

Or doubt.

You would no longer worry about what others thought of you because you were sure that what you needed to tell them was important because it came straight from the divine.

You were fully owning your channel.

A missionary of consciousness.

Taking your seat.

The throne of the Buddha.

You can imagine,

Sense or feel this morning that you sit there with a full knowing,

A confidence.

Even if you're not fully there yet,

Just try it on.

You can sit back on your rightful throne.

The monarch of your purpose.

Knowing that no one else can live this life the way that you do.

No one else is meant to give this offering the way that you give it.

Remember,

Your offering can be taking pennies off the street.

It doesn't have to be what we might have in our mind,

Some profound act.

It's simply our dharma and when we do it with full strength,

Then it is profound.

It's the action,

Not the title.

It's the conviction.

It is the love of what you do.

That is what we transmit.

That is what touches others.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Now,

As you're ready,

Begin to deepen your breath.

Coming fully into your body,

Fully into your body.

Feeling it out with a greatness,

The clarity.

Giving this day purpose.

Honoring the prana that you were given.

But even if your day is to clean your home,

That is the purpose of your day.

You do it fully.

You do it with pride.

You do not resist,

But you take it on as if you chose it.

As you're ready,

And in your own time,

Go ahead and open your eyes.
