Welcome to the meditation.

I am your host,

Patrick.

Today we're gonna be focusing on breathwork training to reduce stress and tension,

Increase balance and to become more centered.

I want you to focus on the breathing techniques,

Letting go of the mind and just being present with the breathing.

Here we go.

Breath in though your nose.

Exhale through your mouth.

Breathe in though your nose.

Exhale through your mouth.

Breathe in though your nose.

With proud posture.

Exhale through your mouth.

Breathe in through your nose.

Chest up.

Breathe in through your nose,

Exhale through your nose.

Breathe in through your nose.

Exhale through your mouth.

Breathe in through your nose.

Exhale through your mouth.

Breathe in through your nose.

Get ready to hold your breath.

Exhale through your mouth and hold your breath.

Close your eyes and begin to sense the nature around you.

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Breathe in through your nose.

Exhale through your mouth.

Breathe in through your nose.

Exhale through your mouth.

Breathe in through your nose.

Exhale through your mouth.

Breathe in through your nose.

Exhale through your mouth.

Let the river run through you.

Exhale through your mouth.

And wash away your thoughts.

Feeling the nature around you.

On this next round,

We're going to slow our breathing down.

I want you to focus on the breath and feeling the harmony and the nature around you.

Breathe in through your nose and holds.

Exhale through your mouth and just let go.

Letting go of your worries.

Breathe in through your nose and holds.

Letting them wash out.

Exhale through your mouth and let go.

Breathe in through your nose and holds.

Exhale through your mouth,

Letting go.

Breathe in through your nose and holds.

Exhale through your mouth.

Get ready to hold your breath and let go.

And hold your breath.

Allow the river to wash away all negative thoughts and purify you.

Letting it circulate.

Exhale through your mouth.

Breathe in through your nose,

Giving up control.

Exhale through your mouth,

Trusting your nature and let go.

Back to regular breathing.

On this last round,

We're going to focus on our exhalations.

Letting go of any deep rooted tension in your system.

Let's focus and give it our all.

Breathe in through your nose and pause.

Pushing out any deep rooted tension.

Breathing in as much health as you can.

Exhaling and back to regular breathing.

Feeling the calm that you've created.

Feeling the endorphins and other positive hormones you have released.

Feeling the kindness,

The gratitude,

And the appreciation.

Taking a breath of gratitude.

Giving thanks for life's blessings.

One more time.

Breathing in through your nose,

A breath of gratitude.

Letting go,

Feeling the peace.

Letting go of the mind and allowing that river of health to flow through you always.
