Welcome,
This is a space to remember.
Not to strive,
Not to fix,
But to remember who you already are underneath the noise.
The deeper you,
The inner radiance,
The part of you that sees clearly,
Loves fully and lives in alignment with truth.
So let's begin today by arriving into the body with breath.
Invite you to settle into a comfortable position,
Either seated or lying down.
Allow the spine to be long and the breath to begin deepening.
If it's comfortable for you,
Maybe gently closing down the eyes or having the eyes downcast.
Inhaling gently through the nose and exhaling slowly through the mouth.
With each breath,
Invite the nervous system to soften.
Let the weight of the day melt down and out through your body into the ground beneath you.
Breathe again,
Feel the spaciousness growing with every breath.
And now bring your attention to the center of your chest,
The heart space.
You might want to place a hand there to make the contact more real.
And as you breathe into this space,
Begin to imagine a soft glowing light resting gently behind your breastbone.
It's not a light that you have to create,
It's already there,
So you're simply remembering.
And with each inhale,
See that light grow just a little brighter.
And with each exhale,
Feel it expanding outward into your ribs,
Your shoulders,
Your arms,
Into your belly,
Your hips,
Your thighs.
The light flows all the way down to the tips of your toes.
And now it rises up through the throat,
The face,
All the way to the crown of your head.
And this light is you,
The part of you untouched by fear,
Shame or confusion,
The part that watches without judgment,
Loves without condition,
Leads without force.
Take a few moments to breathe with this light.
Now imagine standing in a wide open space,
Like a mountaintop or a vast desert or the center of a temple,
Somewhere that feels ancient and sacred.
And in this place,
There's a version of you standing before you.
It's you,
But with eyes full of clarity,
Posture full of presence,
Energy grounded and radiant.
This is the embodied version of your higher self.
What do they look like?
How do they move?
What do you feel in your body in their presence?
Take a few moments to observe.
And now ask silently,
What do you know that I've forgotten?
How do you carry yourself in moments of challenge?
What would you have me remember about who I am?
And let the answers come as words or sensations or symbols,
Whatever it is,
Trust what arises.
This is your intuition,
Your inner compass speaking.
Now imagine stepping forward and merging with this version of you.
As if you're walking into your own energy field,
Absorbing this presence,
This power,
This truth.
Let your breath reflect it.
How would this version of you breathe?
Let your body shape itself to match this version of you sitting or lying with the posture of this presence.
Let yourself feel what it's like to be fully inhabited and stay here for a few breaths.
And now silently repeat to yourself,
I am safe to embody who I really am.
I am aligned with my truth.
My presence is enough.
My light is needed.
Allow these words to settle into the cells of your body.
Let them become the soil you grow from.
And as we begin to close today's practice,
Return again to the heart.
Feeling the warmth in your chest.
The steadiness in your breath.
The quiet aliveness in your limbs.
You're remembering the part of you that never left,
Only got quiet.
Let's take a final deep breath together now.
Inhale,
Feel the expansion of that light.
Hold it for a moment.
And exhale softly,
Releasing any last remnants of forgetting.
Begin to move gently.
Wiggling the fingers and toes.
Stretching in whatever way feels good for you.
And when you're ready,
Gently opening the eyes.
Come back to the day,
Not as someone new,
But as someone reclaimed.
Your light is here.
Let it lead.
