Hello and welcome to my guided affirmation meditation.
My name is Paola and I'll be guiding you today.
I want you to know that I'm on this journey with you and although we have so many desires of the things we want to accomplish,
Sometimes we just can't seem to get around to actualizing them.
I found that this comes from a deep sense of feeling that we aren't enough.
Deep in our subconscious we may feel that we aren't good enough,
Intelligent enough,
Attractive enough.
These things stop us from starting or finishing the things we desire most to accomplish and we've been wired through our experiences growing up to play this narrative that no longer serves us.
This guided affirmation meditation is a great place to start or end your day and recreate your narrative.
So we settle into this practice in whatever position feels most comfortable to you.
Laying down,
Sitting on a chair or with your legs crossed.
I want you to start by gently closing your eyes and taking a very slow deep breath in.
Hold this breath for a few seconds while you analyze any tension in your lower or mid back that you might be holding.
Slowly let that breath go.
Release any tension that you're holding onto.
Doesn't that feel nice?
Just letting that tension melt away.
Rest you three more breaths together.
With your eyes still closed,
Just bring your attention inward.
Tune into yourself and just be in this moment.
Release the tension you might be holding between your eyebrows and relax your tongue.
It may be stuck in the roof of your mouth.
Release that muscle and just let it rest on the floor of your mouth.
Unclench your jaw and sink into your shoulders.
Allow yourself to arrive in this present moment.
Notice the breath and its natural rhythm.
With every inhale,
Let yourself breathe in new cleansing energy.
With every exhale,
Release any stale energy that no longer serves us any good.
Allow yourself to be here.
Fully present and aware.
No yesterday,
No tomorrow,
No today.
Just right now.
You are arriving in this present moment.
Placing your right hand over your heart and your left hand over your belly.
Cradle yourself with compassion,
With love,
With kindness.
Allow yourself to soften.
Let yourself recreate your life with affirmations and thoughts.
I want you to repeat after me,
Either out loud or just in your mind.
I am enough.
Who I am is enough.
What I do is enough.
What I have is enough.
Feel the way these words make you feel and hold on to the vibrations and the emotions that are running through your body.
Feel that energy and just hold on to it.
When repeating the affirmations,
I want you to think about what popped into your head.
What are you enough for?
Think of one thing.
It can be anything.
It can be something big like love.
You are enough for love and to be loved.
Or it can be something specific like you are enough to get that new job or you're enough for that person and hold that vibration and feeling of energy that you have when you say that you're enough.
That's good.
With your hand on your heart and your hand on your belly,
Repeat after me,
Either out loud or just in your mind.
I am enough.
I am enough.
Who I am is enough.
Who I am is enough.
What I do is enough.
What I do is enough.
What I have is enough.
What I have is enough.
I am worthy of success.
I am worthy of success.
I am transforming my narrative.
I am transforming my narrative.
I am powerful enough.
I am powerful enough.
I am capable enough.
I am capable enough.
I am good enough.
I am good enough.
I am evolving.
I am evolving.
And so it is.
Gently open your eyes and invite some movement back into your hands by placing them wherever it feels comfortable for you.
Take one more deep breath and then let it go.
Thank you for joining me in this practice today and always remember that you are good enough.
