A sleep meditation that aims to help you be soothed and fall asleep quickly. Breathing is 'the main character' in this session, as you can calm yourself by being in touch with it. It seems very simple 'breathing', but it plays a much bigger role in your life than you may be aware of at first glance. You reflect on this, in a calming atmosphere, before you leave for your own sacred, safe place in a cabin in a beautiful forest.
