According to physics, our thoughts are our reality. Our collective energy is one single organism that is fed through our thoughts, feelings, and actions. So, the power of suggestion is essential to increasing the longevity of humankind. Let's briefly explore the power of suggestion and how you can have some agency over your own health and the collective well-being--just by changing how you think, speak, and act.

Let's take a few moments to explore this concept of the power of suggestion.

Now according to physics,

Our thoughts are our reality.

We are all connected through an energy field called the collective consciousness,

Which responds to our thoughts and emotions by creating reality.

If someone thinks of a certain idea,

The collective consciousness will give rise to something similar.

Our collective energy is one single organism that is fed through our thoughts,

Feelings,

And actions.

So the power of suggestion is essential to increasing the longevity of humankind.

Let me give you an example.

Masaru Emoto studied how human consciousness affects the molecular structure of water by exposing its crystals to positive and negative words,

Pictures,

Or emotions.

He learned that when water was exposed to positive examples,

The crystals formed exquisite shapes and the opposite was true with negative examples.

And so as many of you know,

Human beings are 70% water.

So the power of our words,

The images around us,

The things we listen to,

Certainly shifts our water.

And at the molecular structure,

We are impacted by our words,

By our feelings,

By the collective consciousness.

Now let's experiment with this notion of the power of suggestion so you can get a firsthand experience of what this is like.

I'd like you to get into a comfortable position and you can pause here if you need time to do so.

Now close your eyes and place a hand on your heart space and the other on your belly.

Tip your chin down just a little bit so that your observing mind is paying attention to your chest and belly,

What's happening inside you.

Now let's loosen things up.

Stretch your jaw wide open so you can loosen the tension in the jaw.

And if it's sore,

That's likely a sign that you are grinding your teeth at night.

So this is a good practice for you to be doing every day,

Loosening up that jaw.

Now roll your shoulders forward or backwards five times.

Now do the opposite direction five times.

Great.

Okay,

Now roll your neck one direction and then the other way.

Nice.

With your eyes closed,

Begin to breathe.

Count the count of five.

Breathe in through your nose.

Nice,

Long,

Deep in-breath.

And count to five.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

Now out slowly through your mouth,

Counting to eight.

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six,

Seven,

Eight.

Repeat this practice.

Breathing in through the nose on the count of five.

Nice,

Long in-breath.

And out slowly through your mouth,

Counting to eight.

Stay with this practice.

Breathing in and out.

Stay with me.

Breathing in on five,

Out on eight.

Keep breathing.

Breathe long in-breath.

Easier to practice this if you breathe in deeply.

Just a few more times,

Noticing how the chest rises and falls with each breath.

You may even notice on your out-breath a little bit more contact between you and the support beneath you.

Noticing gravity holding you on your out-breath.

Here's the power of suggestion.

Whisper this word into your body,

Repeating it as it cascades down into your chest and belly.

Here's the word.

Softening,

Softening,

Softening.

On your out-breath,

Softening,

Softening,

Softening.

Nice and slow,

Whispering that word and repeating it as it cascades down into your chest and belly.

Repeat.

Softening,

Softening,

Softening.

One more time.

Breathing in on the count of five,

Out,

Softening,

Softening,

Softening.

And as you say that word,

What did you notice inside?

Did something settle?

Does something feel more calm?

Did something soften?

Now you can choose any word you want to say to yourself,

Any thought you want to speak to yourself.

Choose them wisely.

If what we say has this kind of power on our experience,

Then it is very important we think,

Speak,

And act in loving ways that are in service of us and the greater consciousness of our world.

Pay attention.

What you say matters.
