Taken from Sanskrit, mantras are affirmations you say to yourself that motivate and inspire you. Mantras begin with the two most powerful words ever spoken: I am. In the English language, this is also how we can speak something into existence that hasn’t happened yet. We can put it into present tense. “I am” should be spoken from a sacred part of you—right in the center of your heart space—that is aligned with your Infinite Source. With your mantra, you are speaking your wishes into existence.

This sacred meditation will help you speak what you wish to see for yourself into reality.

You will be choosing a mantra for yourself.

Don't worry,

You'll have time.

You'll have time to sort that out.

It'll be a mantra that represents what you wish to manifest for yourself.

And the mantra will begin with the two most powerful words ever spoken.

I am.

The significance of these two words were written in the spiritual literature of the Torah,

The first five books of the Old Testament,

In which God says to Moses,

I am that I am.

This is my name forever,

The name by which I shall be known for all future generations.

God said,

I am.

The two words in which God is known as its name,

According to the Old Testament.

In this tradition,

This is also your own divine name.

For example,

The Torah says,

Let the weak man say,

I am strong.

I am should always be spoken as sacred.

That which is aligned with God.

For your mantra,

Let that be what you wish to speak into existence.

Write it down and be specific.

With your mantra,

You are speaking your wishes into your existence,

Into the present moment.

As if you are already that.

As if you are already.

In speaking what you wish for into the present,

What you desire is already your reality.

So what is your that?

It may be.

I am perfect health.

I am vitality.

I am aliveness.

I am loved.

I am enough.

I am whole.

I am kind.

And so on.

Make your mantra synonymous with your highest self.

Remember that by calling that into the present makes what does not exist already here.

In a few moments,

You will be saying your mantra slowly.

Over and over again.

Allowing the words to seep into every cellular structure in the body.

Allowing yourself to inhabit a new shape.

And I will guide you through that process.

Each time you speak your words into your heart space.

Keeping your attention there in your heart space and repeating it slowly.

Noticing what feels different in your body as you speak out loud,

I am.

In doing so,

You will be making your highest wishes align with what I call your original blueprint.

That which is the purest form of the human expression of your soul.

Pause here until you have your mantra.

We'll move into the practice when you return.

Now that you're ready,

Let's begin.

Find a comfortable space to sit.

And place your right hand on your heart space.

Right there in the center of your chest.

Just to the right of your heart.

And place your left hand on your belly.

Gently close your eyes.

Now bring your attention to the breath.

And begin to slowly breathe in through your nose.

Out through your mouth.

Relaxing the jaw.

Putting space between the top and bottom teeth.

And dropping your tongue down to your lower palate.

Relax the body.

Long,

Gentle in-breath through the nose.

Long,

Gentle out-breath through the mouth.

And each time,

Feeling the fullness of your breath as you breathe in.

All the way down into your belly.

And feeling the support of the earth as you breathe out.

As you continue to breathe,

Place your mind's attention on the one single breath you're in.

Welcoming the newness of that one breath.

One breath moving in and out of your body.

Take your time.

Savor the breath.

Keeping your attention in your heart space as you breathe and repeat your mantra.

Breathing in.

I am that.

Breathing out.

I am that.

Each time you breathe in,

You're speaking these words into your purest self.

And each time you breathe out,

You're sending these words to the divine.

Keeping your attention in your heart space as you repeat your mantra.

Allow the music to guide you.

Continuing with this practice as the rhythm of the music guides you.

Each time you breathe in,

You're speaking these words into your purest self.

If you find yourself distracted,

Bring your attention back there into your heart space,

Repeating your mantra.

Now complete with the next one.

And notice the inner dimensions of your body.

Notice where and what feels different in the body.

Noticing beneath your hand,

Beneath your heart space and your belly,

Sensations there in the body.

Perhaps a temperature or a color or a shape there beneath your hands.

Perhaps an image or a feeling.

Whatever feels different in the body,

Be with it.

Know that as you place your attention there,

That that which feels different is becoming your new shape.

That every cellular structure in the body is becoming that.

Savor it.

Stay with it.

You can repeat this practice anytime with any mantra your heart desires.

You can also use mala beads,

The 108 prayer beads,

And repeat your mantra with each bead until you feel that mantra in every cellular structure of your body.

Many blessings.

Wow, powerful and your voice elevates the depth and the impact. The music is a little too loud though. Bookmarked. Thanks.
