Welcome.

As we arrive at this threshold,

Let's begin by slowing down.

By honoring what has been and opening to what is.

There is no need to rush into what's next.

This right here is a moment for pausing.

For acknowledging where you've been and who you are now.

So let's settle in,

Seated or lying down.

Make yourself comfortable.

And when you feel ready,

Gently begin to bring attention to the breath.

Breathing in and breathing out,

Nice and naturally.

We're not changing the rhythm,

We're just simply noticing it.

And feel the whole body here.

Supported,

Present,

Alive.

Before turning toward the new year,

Let's take a moment to honor the one that is closing.

You may wish to reflect on the growth that unfolded for you.

The ways you expanded,

The things you learned,

The way you softened.

Or how you became more honest with yourself.

Take notice of the things that strengthened you.

What shaped you?

What asked something of you and helped you grow?

Acknowledge the challenges you moved through.

The moments that were not easy.

The uncertainty,

The effort,

The resilience and trust it took to continue.

Feel how these experiences live in the body now.

As wisdom,

As steadiness,

As quiet strength.

You didn't arrive here unchanged.

You arrived here shaped by what you lived.

Give yourself a moment to realize.

This.

To feel it.

Now I invite you to allow space for gratitude.

Gratitude for the beauty that arrived this year.

The moments of abundance,

Connection,

Joy,

Ease.

The experiences that nourished you.

Gratitude for what supported you.

The people.

The lessons.

The inner resources that carried you through.

Allow this gratitude to be felt.

Acknowledge it and let it warm your heart.

As you begin to look ahead,

Notice the mystery of what has yet to unfold.

There is no need to know what's coming.

Just feel the openness of not knowing and trusting.

Trusting the unfolding.

May you approach this next chapter with awareness.

With presence.

And with a gentle sense of positivity.

Trust in your ability to meet what arises.

One breath,

One moment at a time.

Rest here for a few breaths.

Grounded in all that you've lived.

Open to all that is becoming.

When you're ready,

Bring small movement back into the body.

A deeper inhalation in through the nose and a long exhale out through the mouth.

As you return,

Slowly,

Carefully,

Carry this knowing with you.

You meet this new year with experience,

With strength,

And with presence.

Thank yourself for taking this moment to pause,

Reflect,

And honor the sacred journey of life.

Thank you for practicing with me.

And may you have a beautiful and blessed year ahead.

Take care.
