Hello my friend,
Welcome.
This is Brianna with Bright Avian and today we celebrate Mother Earth,
Which harmonizes and balances all the forces to support life on Earth.
And my morning meditation friend of the palm plant here is our guest of honor,
As it's a great representation of nature.
Just this living little creature,
So full of life,
Green leaves.
It's such a great teacher also,
That teaches me a lot.
So today is our guest of honor and will be joining us in our meditation.
So it has this wonderful place and let us take our wonderful place by sitting up straight with our spine relaxed.
The body is relaxed,
The feet are flat on the floor and the palms today,
Let's have them facing down on the knees or on the thighs,
Connecting with these balanced and harmonized energies.
We can soften the gaze or close the eyes.
And as we breathe in,
Let's place our attention in the base of the spine,
The base of the spine where all the prana and all of the energy to stand up straight and strong comes from.
It's the root chakra,
The chakra that symbolizes the security,
The grounding and where our roots are.
So let's place our attention there,
Which will expand the energies there.
It will expand the security,
The balance and the harmony,
The grounding that we feel,
The support that we feel that comes from Mother Earth.
And let's breathe in for four counts and breathe out for four counts with four counts of pause in between.
And while we do that,
We will remember to think of that place or see how far the breath goes,
How close the breath goes to that base of the spine.
So let's breathe in for nothing through the nose and breathe out for nothing through the nose.
And we'll breathe in for four,
Three,
Two,
One,
Pause,
Hold,
Three,
Two,
One and exhale,
Relaxing your body to one.
Breathe in for four,
Three,
Two,
One,
Pause,
Notice the root chakra energy,
Two,
One and exhale for four,
Relaxing your shoulders to one.
Breathe in for four,
Three,
Two,
One,
Pause,
Notice your whole body,
Base of the spine and exhale for four,
Three,
Relax your legs.
Breathe in for four,
Three,
Two,
One,
Pause,
Notice where the breath is and exhale for four,
Three,
Two,
One.
And last time,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One,
Pause,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One and exhale for four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Breathe in normally and breathe out normally,
Breathe in through the nose,
Breathe out through the nose.
We'll continue our practice today with asking ourselves a few questions.
Ask yourself silently,
What am I grateful for today?
And listen to whatever comes,
Be open to receive.
Ask yourself silently,
What am I grateful for today?
Release the question and anything that may have come along.
And let's ask,
What do I want to attract more of in my life?
What do I want to attract to have more of in my life?
Ask yourself silently and listen.
Release the question and any insights that may have come,
Breathe in through the nose,
Breathe out through the nose.
Breathe in through the nose,
Breathe out through the nose.
Our journey continues today with the mantra,
Aum,
Glee,
Aum,
Aum,
Glee,
Aum.
You can repeat it out loud or silently.
You can choose to use the English expression I attract or if you have your personal mantra you can choose to repeat that as well.
I'll guide us from the out loud to the silent repetition but you choose what serves you today.
I'll clean my eyes.
I'll clean my eyes.
I'll clean my eyes.
Continue the repetition of the mantra easily and effortlessly.
Out loud or silent whatever serves you today.
At the beginning at the end of the meditation you'll hear a soft chime.
You can repeat it out loud or silently.
Continue the repetition of the mantra easily and effortlessly.
Continue the repetition of the mantra easily and effortlessly.
Continue the repetition of the mantra easily and effortlessly.
Continue the repetition of the mantra easily and effortlessly.
Please keep your eyes closed.
Release the repetition of the mantra.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
We'll complete our meditation today with the intention I attract that which keeps me balanced.
I attract that which keeps me balanced.
Repeat it silently to yourself a few times.
Release the intention.
Allow the universe to fulfill it.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
As it feels comfortable,
Please open your eyes if they were closed.
