Welcome to this meditation where we will transform a predominantly unconscious process to a powerful conscious fresh life-giving force.

Let's just start this meditation by gently closing your eyes.

Coming down to the inner world.

Just for now,

We are not concerned about the day or the day to come.

We are just here.

Letting our inner world gently become part of our awareness.

Allowing the outer world to drift away.

Drifting.

Drifting.

Drifting.

We are here in this safe space.

We are just going to become aware of our breathing right now.

Our breathing is something that's so basic.

So fundamental.

Yet it's so underappreciated.

Just noticing your breathing as it is.

Coming in and out.

Ebbing and flowing.

Natural awareness.

Then bring your passageway.

That's it.

Just noticing what's going on here for you today.

What does the air feel like coming in through the nose?

Just noticing this.

Is it cold or warm?

It may be quite subtle,

But just bringing your attention to this.

What does the air feel like coming out through the nose?

Is it cold or warm?

Notice if there is a difference on the inhale and on the exhale.

Then bringing your attention to your lungs.

Bringing your awareness to the depth of your breath.

How deeply are you breathing into your lungs?

Are you a shallow breather or a deep breather?

What do the lungs feel like?

Can you notice a stretch in the lungs on the inhale?

A contraction on the exhale?

The lungs filter oxygen into the cells of our bodies.

While simultaneously removing carbon dioxide.

This process is essential for life.

Essential for our cells.

Essential for our very DNA.

The lungs are truly the greatest filter system on earth.

Now just noticing your breath as a whole.

The way it ebbs and flows.

It's rhythm.

It's timing.

As you continue to do this,

Imagine a blue ball of light coming towards you.

This ball of light is the most energizing and fresh life-giving ball of light in existence.

Capable of phenomenal healing and transformation.

Breathing this light in.

Deep breath in through your nose.

Life-giving light in.

And out through your mouth.

Letting go of the old.

This light accumulates in your lungs.

Giving high levels of fresh energy and life force.

Keep on breathing in the light.

Feeling it go down your breathing tube.

Into your lungs.

It changes every cell along the way.

Re-energizing.

Cleansing.

Revitalizing.

This light is unbelievable.

Embrace it.

Breathing it in.

Becoming one with the light.

Your very cells begin to vibrate with high energy.

Your very DNA is changed to a high vibrational state.

Every time you breathe now,

It's so fresh.

It's like a crisp morning in the Swiss Alps.

Clean,

Fresh air.

Keep on breathing this fresh life in.

In and out.

In and out.

In and out.

Freshness.

Freshness.

Freshness.

Then as this meditation comes to an end,

This fresh light stays with you each and every breath.

Revitalizing you with more energy.

More breath.

More life.

Just our bodies.

Moving them around.

Wiggling our fingers and toes.

And opening your eyes with a smile on your face and a freshness in your breath.
