Hello,

Welcome to this guided meditation for healing your hips.

Just finding a comfortable space for yourself,

So you can sit or lie down and begin healing.

Then closing your eyes,

Let's just take three deep breaths to get your energy flowing.

Breathing in through your nose,

And out through your mouth.

In through your nose,

And out through your mouth.

In through your nose,

And out through your mouth.

Allowing yourself to go deeper,

Deeper,

Deeper.

From the external to the internal,

Feeling your body's natural energy for a few moments.

Then you are going to visualize yourself entering a steam room.

The steam in this room is extremely healing for your whole body.

It is the most healing steam in the whole of the universe.

There is a perfectly comfortable chair waiting for you in the middle of the room.

As you sit down,

The chair hugs your body shape.

It is so comfortable.

The healing steam begins to circle your hips.

The steam understands that there is an injury here.

As it circles,

You feel like your hips are being caressed and massaged.

Wow,

Such comfort.

The steam then enters your hips,

Either entering one or both,

Depending on where the injury is.

The steam soothes your hip area,

Relaxing the muscles,

Tendons,

Ligaments,

And the joint area.

Healing.

The steam allows you to feel whatever is coming up in this area.

Whatever your body naturally wants to present to you,

From comfort to discomfort.

It does not matter.

Your body needs comfort and discomfort in the healing process.

They are both essential if you can allow them to be there,

Happily doing their thing.

This is true healing.

Allowing expression at the deepest level will have such an impact on your physical injury.

The steam then seeps deeper into your hip area.

Deeper.

Deeper.

Deeper.

Into the cells,

Into the very atoms of your hip.

This changes the local area into a healing machine.

Whatever is waiting to be expressed comes up.

Blood,

Nutrient,

And energy flow is increased to the area.

Wow,

What a feeling.

The steam completely changes the area's previous nature into a new area full of expression,

Of both comfort and discomfort.

Now you are going to express gratitude and love for this area.

Knowing this area is the center point of your body,

Connecting the lower body to the upper.

The work the hip joint does every day is truly phenomenal.

Even when you are hurt or injured,

It still provides a certain amount of stability and range of motion.

The hips are a truly phenomenal joint.

As you realize this fact,

The steam intensifies in the atoms of the hip,

Providing the area with further healing.

Staying here for the next few moments.

Then,

As this meditation comes to an end,

Let's just move our bodies around,

Coming back,

Back,

Back.

Waking ourselves back up.

Moving our fingers and toes.

When you're ready,

Opening your eyes and allowing yourself to have a big smile on your face.

Thank you for listening to this meditation.

Bye for now.
