Close your eyes and begin to follow your breath in.
As you sit here,
We can explore the idea that we all learn differently at different times and in different ways.
We can feel confident in knowing that we learn in a way that is special and unique to us.
Confidence is about believing in yourself and to believe in yourself we must try new things.
Sometimes these things can be challenging.
Confidence is when you believe you can do something,
Even if it's difficult.
Do you believe in yourself?
I'm sure you do and if you do,
You can repeat after me to yourself.
I can do hard things.
I can learn new things.
I can do challenging.
I am confident.
When you are ready,
You can slowly open your eyes.
