A quick guided practice to help you drop into your heart space. Slow down, breathe, and notice. What is here in your heart? What does it have to say to you? When we intentionally and regularly give our attention to the heart, our lives will begin to reflect the love that abides within.

Opening to the heart,

Close your eyes now.

Slow down and extend your breathing into a comfortable rhythm.

A little deeper and fuller than normal.

Just arrive here in this moment.

You are here to do the good work of opening.

Opening to your tender heart.

No matter what you may feel right now,

Your heart is alive and well under whatever it is that you may be experiencing.

Your heart is still beating and feeling and generating love.

Bring a smile to your lips now.

For today,

You will do the good work of listening to the voice of your heart.

I'll invite you to open the palm of your left hand and place it on your lap.

With your right hand,

Begin to gently trace each of your fingers so softly.

Breathing slow and steady.

Gentle touch.

Gently circle around your palm,

Beginning at the outer edges and spiraling inward toward the center.

Awaken your gift of feeling.

You are alive.

Remember you are meant to possess your own feeling,

Your own knowing,

Your own wisdom,

And your own truth.

Take your left hand now and place it over your heart.

Gently say aloud,

I see you.

I hear you.

I love you.

We are safe here.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and let it out with an audible sigh.

Ahh.

Do that one more time.

Deep breath in through your nose and release with a sigh.

You have entered the territory of the heart,

The soft,

Quiet place of love.

What do you feel?

Breathing your breath into and through any emotions or body sensations that you may be experiencing.

Take a deep breath in.

Allow,

Invite,

Observe.

The full exhale,

Release,

Relax,

Accept.

Take a few more breaths here and notice what you're feeling.

When you feel ready,

Come back to the room.

Take any soft movement that feels good and open your eyes.

And I'll encourage you to take a few minutes now to record what came up for you.

Feelings,

Emotions,

Sensation in the body,

Nothing at all.

Try not to judge.

Just record.

Just observe.

Thank you for giving your time to your heart.

Make this a daily practice and it will become like second nature to live in your heart space.

Until next time,

Big love.
