The well-known "transcendence or dissolution of the ego" refers to stop acting as if the universe revolves around you, to abolish the self that hates and the one that desires, to get out of the duality "me and the rest". And then the "me" that dissolves with the whole automatically manifests, an "me" that grows to encompass the entire universe and, then, there is no longer a difference between the internal and the external. That would be the true foundation of personal growth.

Feeling grateful for being here,

In this space of practice,

In this space of exploration,

Carrying out this practice in a stable position,

From a place of stillness,

Your spine straight yet not rigid,

Allowing your face to relax and simply fall,

Lengthening your neck with your chin pulled slightly in,

Facing forward with your tongue,

Resting on the roof of your mouth.

These steps are always good to follow in your practice,

By establishing a practice using this posture it becomes your own.

There are no good or bad positions,

This is my posture,

The posture I am using now.

Every so often during my practice I check my posture.

At times,

While in this posture,

You might feel quite regal or equally,

You might feel like retreating within,

It is just as it should be.

Your posture is also an expression of how you handle your practice.

What do I feel is missing?

What is it where I need right now?

There is no time like the present to practice meditation.

Reflecting on the ego will give way to silence,

And in the end an invitation to dissolve the ego.

I am not alone and I am nothing if I am separate from the rest.

In childhood we begin to strengthen the self and adolescence allows for its emergence.

That angry,

Leave me alone.

During adolescence a lot of emotional regulation is needed.

During this process of consolidation the ego appears as an entity,

That belief that I am different from the rest.

All of that is fine up to a certain point,

As it allows for the duality to emerge,

The duality between me and what is mine and the rest,

Which is how we tend to live.

As we begin to change into adults,

And we begin to practice of exploration,

We are able to reverse the process of going from separation towards a kind of fusion.

Confident,

Not demanding so much of yourself.

In this practice we delve deeper into a realm of non-duality,

The self,

When it is fully united as a whole.

Each one of us owes it to ourselves to be as present as possible in this life.

In Tibetan culture to reach the age of 70 is a challenge because as they say,

From that age on is when we begin to develop our true consciousness.

On the other hand,

Here we have a tendency to say,

We cannot be all,

Be patient.

In order to be able to move into that space of silence,

I put out into the universe these two questions.

Am I on my true path?

If I were to die now,

Would I feel resentment?

Am I Su Prim Nurse?

You you you you to live fully also means to die fully And this is where the ego comes to play the work we must do during our lives in order to manage the ego is a lifetime of work you you you And letting go of your focus becoming grounded allowing these words to reverberate within you you connecting with your own humility and with the greenness of the universe without hurry connecting with yourself with kindness with the generosity there is nothing to be done now no need to find anything nor is there anywhere you need to go present reconnected becoming grounded tuning into your breath or tuning into the sensations in your hands perhaps tuning into the sound inhaling or exhaling inhaling silence exhaling stillness to transcend to transcend means to go beyond I propose you take a look at your level of determination,

That energy that sustains your willpower and in your present life what about your assertiveness,

Your self-confidence are they in the optimal levels or do they perhaps cause you to want to change too many things?

And allowing your emotional state to emerge unrolling yourself in your center,

That energy that keeps you steady in the here and now presently,

How much serenity and patience do you have in your life?

Do you have doubts sometimes?

Or do you have them too often?

You observe,

Observe how your thoughts and emotions begin to appear as these issues arise and while you realize that none of these thoughts change your essence and that they form a part of who you are you may also feel that you are beyond them and now paying attention to your level of openness that which gives you the desire to explore the wall new paths to also explore within yourself how much tenderness and acceptance do you have in your life?

How open are you to accepting yourself inside and out?

Now once again redirect your attention but now on your flexibility,

Your agility that ability that shows up and allows me to recuperate easily whenever I make a mistake the ability to let it go,

To release it and I'm sorry,

Or perhaps you hang on too tightly how is your creativity,

Your curiosity?

And now moving towards fulfillment this is crucial,

How fulfilled are you?

Do you allow it to flow?

Are your body,

Heart,

Mind and your outlook of the world aligned?

Each path is built step by step with serenity,

Determination and above all,

Freedom giving the ego a slight rest the self that normally takes the control and feels as if it is the protagonist allow your mind to flow,

To flow freely and your attention to be free free from any control allow it to rest to what extent have I been able to observe that which arises in my mind during my practice?

All of it forms a part of your self-image and that has to do with your ego the proposal is to observe,

To observe it,

To meditate on it the consciousness,

Your consciousness is what intimately guides your emotions and your thoughts with openness,

Love and tenderness the self-image is what intimately guides your emotions and your thoughts with openness,

Love and tenderness letting go of control without allowing yourself to be dragged along or repressed by your emotional state of fear,

Frustration or sadness and allowing that emotion to be felt and expressed remaining in one place,

A place of nothingness,

A vastness into which your consciousness unfolds without the control of the ego,

Transcending the ego everything appears and everything disappears sometimes it's just like a little bit but everything changes sometimes the changes happen slowly but everything changes all the times they happen quickly but they continue to change it's just temporary,

It can appear and disappear at any time we all are changing and everything is changing and ask yourself if what you're experiencing is yours or mine or perhaps it belongs to no one there isn't anything that happens but that exists in total independence of one another you,

Me and everyone and everything is interdependent,

Everything is interconnected from this moment,

From this present moment the only thing that truly exists may we have peace,

May we have happiness and may our lives go well may we have peace,

May we have happiness and may our lives go well may we have peace,

May we have happiness and may our lives go well may we have peace,

May we have happiness and may our lives go well may we have peace,

May we have happiness and may our lives go well may we have peace,

May we have happiness and may our lives go well may we have peace,

May we have happiness and may our lives go well may we have peace,

May we have happiness and may our lives go well may we have peace,

May we have happiness and may our lives go well
