You can either be sitting with your legs crossed or with your knees on the floor on a small stool.
Or on a chair,
With your back comfortably resting against the cushion,
Breathing in and out through your nostrils,
As long as there are no blockages.
Allowing your breath to transition into a flow.
The kind of breath that barely requires you to make an effort.
Stay with this breath and move towards a state in which you can feel your body breathing.
Some instances of peace,
Serenity and tranquility.
If my mind feels constrained,
Confused or focused in one subject,
I try to be more open.
Perhaps focusing on my sense of touch and in doing so I am able to compensate.
And if I notice that my mind is scattered with many thoughts jumping from one place to the other,
I can focus on my breath,
My nose,
My belly or in the movement in my chest.
And in this way I am able to compensate.
The practice of meditation has to do with balancing,
Letting go of tensions,
Shining a light and how I relate to myself and what is going on in my life.
Focus of my consciousness.
The practice of meditation has to do with balancing,
Letting go of tensions,
Shining We can think of our consciousness as a river full of life,
The water as the flow of life.
A river containing fish which represent our thoughts and can either be thoughts that are near or far away.
A river into which leaves fall as sounds or trunks that fall as if they were emotions that emerge as they flow downstream.
We cannot predict what will happen,
The upcoming rocks and reefs.
We can constantly pay attention,
Use our intuition,
Paying full attention to what is coming up.
Take note of what is happening.
So what happens now?
We cannot predict nor control the next moment.
What will happen next?
Change is constant.
It's not worth living ahead of the present moment,
Anticipating everything.
If we are paying attention,
We will notice surprises.
A strong current.
A stone along the path.
Or perhaps some precious coral.
A Everyone.
And a familiar thought that has passed through our minds a thousand times before.
Before we realize it's a new thought that comes from my own consciousness.
Sensations,
Emotions and thoughts are constantly flowing.
The river of consciousness.
This is the experience.
Or I realize it's a new thought that comes from my own consciousness.
With interest and gratitude.
With interest and gratitude.
Flowing ourselves with the flow of the river.
Making up for it.
Letting go with the habitual experiencing of just 1,
000 years of living.
You you you and now simply being you concentrating placing your attention placing your attention firmly between your eyebrows and at the same time softly remaining in that place letting yourself go flowing in the river of consciousness and now slowly remaining in that place and now slowly remaining in that place and now slowly remaining in that place and now slowly remaining in that place there,
Where there's no one to observe there,
Where you are everything or perhaps you are nothing at all water water from this river that is afraid that it will die when it reaches the sea and when it does,
It breathes when it realizes that it continues to be water water from this river that is afraid that it will die when it realizes that it will be water there is life within each drop of water there is life in every instance there is life within each drop of water there is life within each drop of water there is life within each drop of water there is life within each drop of water there is life within each drop of water there is life within each drop of water there is life within each drop of water may we have peace may we have happiness and may our lives go well well well well well well well well
