Welcome to your five-minute reset.

Wherever you are,

In whatever position you're in right now,

Notice what is supporting you.

Can you let your body just release a little bit?

Really lean into those supports.

Now simply start to draw your awareness onto your breath.

And notice where you're feeling that rise of your inhale and the fall of your exhale.

Now see if you can start to deepen your breath so that on your next inhale,

You draw your breath deep down into your belly.

Feel the rise in your belly.

And as you exhale,

Feel your belly fall.

Inhale,

Belly rises.

Exhale,

Belly falls.

On your next inhale,

Just start to count your breath.

Notice how long it takes you to inhale,

How long it takes you to exhale.

And if you notice that one is shorter than the other,

Just simply lengthen it so that your breath becomes equal in,

Equal out.

Inhale,

Belly rises.

Exhale,

Belly falls.

Inhale,

Belly rises.

Equal in.

Equal out.

Exhale,

Belly falls.

Now take your equal count and add one more to it so that you lengthen and deepen your inhale.

And lengthen and deepen your exhale.

Inhale,

Belly rises.

Exhale,

Belly falls.

Equal inhale.

Equal exhale.

And as you finish this next exhale,

Start to release the control of your breath.

Come back into your mind space.

Maybe silently or maybe out loud to yourself,

Repeat this Sankalpa,

I am enough.

I am enough.

I'll leave you right here.

As you move out of this space and into the next,

Be mindful.

Move slowly.

And take care of yourself.
