Nora is a vinyasa teacher who blends movement with mind-body science. After healing her own chronic pain, IBS, and insomnia through nervous system regulation, she now teaches grounding practices that calm the nervous system. She is an RYT 200 teacher in San Francisco and also holds an MS in Biotech and an MBA from Harvard.
