Welcome to this loving kindness transmission,
Enhancing and healing your relationships.
And we begin by focusing on our breath,
The cycle of breath,
Following the cycle of breath.
The in breath,
The breath comes in and there's a pause and then a release of the breath.
Following the cycle of breath to bring you more centered,
More connected to your body.
As you do this cycle of breath,
Following with the in breath,
The pause,
The out breath,
The pause before the in breath.
Allow this cycle of breath to bring you more connected to yourself,
More connected to your essential being and your physical body.
Let's spend a moment or two focusing on this cycle of breath.
And as you focus on your cycle of breath,
I'm going to call the angelic forces around you,
Four angels holding the horizontal space around you.
In the east,
The Archangel of Air,
Raphael,
Holding the eastern corner of your energy field.
In the south,
Michael,
Archangel of Fire,
Holding the southern edge of your energy field.
In the western direction,
We call Gabriel,
Archangel of Water,
Holding the western edge of your energy field.
And in the north,
Uriel,
Archangel of Earth,
Holding the northern edge of your energy field.
Four angels around you,
Holding the horizontal space.
And allowing those four angels just to open,
Expand your energy field.
Four angels around you,
Holding your energy field,
Expanding your energy field.
As you continue to follow the cycle of breath,
Following the cycle of breath.
And as you do so,
I call to the two angels holding the vertical space,
Metatron and Sandalphon.
Metatron holding the Christ grid,
The descending force from the central sun,
Bringing that force down into the room and down into your energy field,
Down to the heart level.
And Sandalphon bringing up the ascending force from the core of the earth,
The crystalline grid up into the room,
Up to the heart level.
And these two grids of light meeting in the heart center,
The heart.
These two angels holding the vertical space around you now.
And six angels around you,
Holding the horizontal space and also the vertical space.
And continue to follow the cycle of breath,
Following the in-breath,
Pause,
The out-breath,
The release and then the pause before the in-breath,
Continuing the cycle of breath,
This focus.
And you also call in your higher self to help hold the space.
Continuing the focus on the cycle of breath,
Begin by sending loving kindness to yourself.

And staying focused on the cycle of breath and then inviting someone into this meditation,
Someone you love or have a strong liking for.
Inviting them before you and also inviting them to come into your life.

And also inviting their higher self to be with them.

Sending loving kindness to self.

Sending loving kindness to yourself,
To the bones and blood of your body.
Sending loving kindness wherever it's needed within the self,
To your vulnerability,
Vulnerability.
Sending loving kindness anywhere you feel alone,
Unhappy,
Isolated,
Loving kindness to the self.
