An opportunity to embrace your shadow. We all have behaviors that are judged as being inappropriate or destructive, such as anger, rage, or impatience. However, it is to heal these parts you greatly benefit by honestly accepting who you are in all your aspects, yet with awareness and compassion.

This meditation is contoured to create a space of allowing any resistance to melt allowing you to step into the delicious feeling of being fulfilled. So much energy is lost in unnecessary thinking and also clinging on to grudges, desires, being attached to being unhappy, and addictions to things that we use to try and feel good.

To keep our inner world clear it is a wonderful feeling to be free from the bondage of holding a grudge. In this session, you will learn how to let go of any grudges you may still carry that hold you back.
