Celebrate lost baggage.

It makes perfect sense to celebrate when you lose your baggage.

Which is why it makes sense to take a few moments at the end of the day and reflect and acknowledge whom we have labeled and have started to fill some new bags and consciously drop it.

So that the next time we meet that person we meet them freshly,

Lightly.

Why do people carry other people's baggage?

Because we see that all the time.

All around us.

Nobody has taught us otherwise.

It is no wonder that after a day of being serious about business because business is a serious business we go home and find it hard to leave that seriousness behind and lighten up.

We've brought home loads of bags.

To drop the baggage consciously and genuinely requires the cultivation of an awareness that A.

This is just another scene.

B.

No one scene is more important than the other.

C.

We are only an actor in the scene.

D.

All scenes fade out.

And E.

All roles fade out.

The only constant is the self.

The I that says I am.

The actor.

But if we identify with what has to fade we obviously generate the fear of our self fading too.

Hence the feelings of anxiety,

Tension and insecurity.

Hence the seriousness in life.

Now notice for yourself as you retreat into the core of your being how much baggage you are carrying of others.

And see if you can consciously let it go.

Just let it go.

Throw it away.

Let it dissolve.

And then notice for yourself the baggage of false identities of yourself that you carry.

And let it go.

Let it fade away.

Let it dissolve.

Until all there is left is your true self.

Pure awareness.

The I that says I am.

The I that says I am.

The I that says I am.

The I that says I am.

The I that says I am.

The I that says I am.

The I that says I am.

The I that says I am.

The I that says I am.

The I that says I am.

The I that says I am.

The I that says I am.

Thank you.

Loved this one about dropping the baggage of others and of our false identities. Noticed the doubt in me about the actuality of “just dropping it.” Is it really possible I can just put it down? It’s a nice exercise to go within and just get a sense of that baggage - what’s not mine, what is mine but not truly me. Love this one. Namaste. Thankyou

Drop the bags you create or carry for others. Drop your own bags, return to one self of pure awareness. Namaste🙏🏼
