From one of stress and survival to one of unconditional love.
This meditation can help you embrace all of life challenges with love,
Wisdom and patience and make your response to all stresses and stressors,
Love and only love.
So let's begin.
Find a comfortable place where you can either sit or lie down and just relax.
Relax the crown of your head,
Relax your scalp,
Descending gently,
Lovingly.
Relax all the muscles of your face.
Relax your forehead,
Temples,
Eyes,
Cheeks,
Ears.
Relax your jaw,
Mouth,
Lips,
Tongue and even your chin.
Imagine or feel a loving energy moving downward,
From the top of your head all the way down to your fingertips and toes.
Feel this gentle loving energy,
Relax your neck and the muscles of your neck completely.
Let this relaxation gently bring your shoulders down,
Away from your ears.
Let yourself soften in this area and feel your arms drop gently towards the earth.
Feel the weight of gravity pulling you,
Arms,
Hands and fingers,
So,
So very relaxed.
Relax your chest and abdomen.
Let your breath become softer,
Calmer,
Slower.
Let go of any tension in your back,
Top,
Middle,
Bottom.
Feel your back relaxing as warm energy flows into all parts of it,
Healing and relaxing your back even more.
So that you can feel fully supported and cared for,
Because you always are.
Connect to the warm nurturing energy now moving down into your hips,
Into your pelvis.
Relax your pelvic floor,
Your root.
Feel the warmth there as you let go and relax completely.
Follow the warm relaxed energy down your legs,
Feet and toes.
Relax your whole body completely.
Body completely relaxed right now.
Feel the spaciousness and expansion as your body moves deeper and deeper into relaxation.
Feel the space of your body and the space that your body occupies in space.
Aware that you are aware of how very relaxed your body has become.
And in this state of deep relaxation,
Stillness and silence,
Observe any mental activity,
Any thoughts or emotions as they arise.
From this deep undisturbed space,
When you are in deep deep relaxation.
Now,
Intending to remain relaxed and aware,
Aware that you are not your body,
Aware that you are not your mind or your emotions either.
Aware of the observer observing the body,
The mind,
The emotions.
Aware of how deeply relaxed you are right now and how much more relaxed you can become when you choose to let go completely.
Choose that level of relaxation.
It's so very good for you,
For your body,
For your mind.
Now,
In this state of deep relaxation,
Move your awareness in the space of your heart.
Simply bringing your attention there by choice.
It's easy.
Watching,
Observing,
Moving into the space of your heart center.
Deepening the experience as you deepen your breath.
So that more energy can start flowing into that space.
Your heart,
Your beautiful loving heart.
Feel that energy in your heart center.
And what do you become aware of when you place your awareness in the space of your heart?
What do you feel there?
Let yourself have the experience.
You're not thinking about it.
You're feeling it.
Whatever you feel,
However it manifests.
Aware that you're aware in the space of your heart center.
Inviting,
Accepting,
Loving,
Whatever you feel in that space.
Feeling grateful for whatever you feel.
Feeling grateful to yourself,
For yourself,
For your life,
For all of life.
Feeling grateful for choosing to have this experience right now.
To feel whatever you feel in your heart.
Maybe this is familiar to you.
Maybe you already spent a lot of time in that space.
Or maybe it's new,
Unknown to you until this moment.
Either way,
Just be there in the space of your heart right now.
Explore it and what it feels like to you right this moment.
Breathing,
Feeling,
Exploring,
Observing,
Being in the space of your heart.
Now from this space,
Bring up a situation.
A challenge,
An emotion or an energy that has been difficult for you in the past.
Something or someone that tends to trigger you.
And maybe in those moments when you get triggered,
You feel a sense of lack.
Or maybe it's jealousy or even envy.
Or maybe what you feel is grief or sadness,
A sense of loneliness or that things are unfair.
Whatever the pain,
Let yourself feel it.
Completely.
And rather than your heart closing,
Let yourself relax and expand in this space.
Maybe your challenge is that you struggle with an illness or a painful condition.
Let yourself feel that too while keeping your heart open and relaxed.
Maybe you feel judgement,
Anger,
Resentment or even hatred.
Whatever it is,
Whatever you feel,
It's okay.
It's not bad or wrong for you to feel whatever you feel.
Just observe it.
Is it fear?
An unmet expectation,
A limiting belief?
Meet whatever arises with your open heart.
Choosing to accept and simultaneously lovingly respond to whatever arises.
And by doing so,
Allowing all illusion of lack and separation to simply dispel,
To vanish,
Disappear.
Realizing that none of it is true or real,
Even if it feels like it is.
And so facing these feelings and emotions like never before,
Ask what would love do?
And open your heart more.
Breathe,
Feel.
Whatever arises,
Let love guide you.
Let love show you the way,
The path to balance harmony and love.
Let love resolve the problem,
The challenge,
The situation,
The fear,
The emotion.
What seemed unresolvable,
Unacceptable up until now?
Asking from within your heart,
What would love do?
Have faith in the love,
The love from Source,
Divine,
Unconditional love.
Feel that completely.
Dissolving and resolving any and all fear,
Misapprehension,
Pain or judgment.
As you focus on love and ask the question,
What would love do?
Feel your pelvic floor relaxing,
Your lower abdomen relaxing,
Your upper abdomen relaxing,
Your sole plexus relaxing,
Your whole body relaxing completely in response to this love.
Allowing for more and more energy to move into the space of your heart.
Activating your heart center even more.
More and more energy flowing into the space of your heart so that you may feel love there,
So that you may know love there.
In the space of your own heart,
Feel that.
And keep asking,
What would love do?
You don't have to think about it.
It's not an intellectual answer.
Love doesn't come from your mind.
Love is experienced in your heart,
So feel it.
Let yourself have this experience of love.
What would it feel like?
Ask again,
What would love do?
Feel it,
Completely.
Surely,
Love wouldn't judge,
Criticize,
Feel afraid,
Punish or react.
Love would love.
Love wouldn't hide,
Attack,
Run away or retreat.
What would love do?
Love would understand.
Love would have patience.
Love would listen and hear.
Love would accept and forgive.
Love would support.
Love would give and receive.
Love would bring balance and harmony.
Love would bring wholeness,
Oneness.
Love would heal.
Love would thrive.
Because love is all of these things.
Love would dissolve all illusion of lack or separation.
Love would simply love.
And so love,
Fully,
Completely,
Without limit,
Unconditionally.
Let love do the work.
It's no work to love.
Let love carry any and all burdens.
There aren't any burdens love can heal and transmute.
Let love transcend all.
Loving,
Living,
Loving,
Living and living in love.
Feel that completely.
And in this state of love,
Aware that you're aware of this love within you and all around you,
Slowly begin to come back to the space that you're in,
A space filled with this love,
To the time that you're in,
A time of love,
To the body that you're in,
A body that knows and feels love,
To the mind that you're in,
A mind that surrenders to love.
And in this state of love,
Pure love,
Surrounded by love,
Surrendered to love,
Realizing that you are love,
One with love always,
When you choose to,
When you recognize that you are,
When you see the illusion of anything else except love.
Lovingly ask yourself,
What will love do next?
And simply do it again and again and again,
Because you choose to.
And in this state of love,
Pure love,
Surrounded by love,
Surrounded by love,
You will be able to see the light of your heart,
