Take a moment and find yourself in the most comfortable position possible whether lying down or seated,
Back supported and close your eyes.
Take in a deep cleansing breath completely filling your lungs and slowly release it with a sigh.
Take another deep cleansing breath filling your lungs and slowly release it with a sigh.
And one more deep cleansing breath filling your lungs.
Sip in a touch more air and releasing it with a sigh.
Take a moment now to visualize to really see what it is you'd like to manifest in your life.
Really feel into this visualization.
Be as detailed as you possibly can.
Who are you with?
What are you doing?
What are you seeing?
What smells can you breathe in?
What smells can you breathe in?
What are you wearing?
Really see it.
Really see and feel into this visualization.
Focus in on what you're feeling as you see your desired outcome as if it's already unfolded,
As if it's already happened.
Breath into what is happening I feel that right now And the fact that it's still happening What about this feeling?
Breathe into it.
Feel the vibration,
The vibrational frequency of your desired manifestation,
Of your intention.
Can you locate it in your body?
Focus in on where it is in your body.
Allow your attention to rest there with the vibration of what you desire to manifest in your life.
You are feeling into this vibrational energy as if your desire has already manifested.
Assign a color to this vibrational energy.
See this color.
Breathe into this color that represents your vibrational frequency.
The color of your desired outcome.
And watch it glow.
See it as it glows like a beacon of light directing you under a moonless,
Dark sky.
Gently move this beacon of light,
This glowing vibrational color of your manifestation to your heart.
Feel the beat of your heart matching this vibrational frequency.
Gently move this vibrational,
Glowing,
Colorful light towards your throat.
Filling the space within your throat up into your head.
Glowing vibrational,
Colorful light moving down into your shoulders,
Into your chest cavity.
The glowing light spreading out down your arms,
Out into your hands and your fingers.
Feel the vibration of this colorful,
Glowing light move into your belly and into your second chakra,
The sacral center,
The spadistana,
The seat of creation in your pelvic area and below your navel.
Allow this glowing vibrational light to stimulate this creative center.
Feel into your sacral chakra and breathe this light,
This vibration,
Your intention,
Your manifestation into this chakra.
Now continue to move your glowing vibrational light down through your legs,
Into your feet and into your toes.
Your whole body is radiating,
Vibrating color and light,
The color and light of your manifestation,
The energy of your desire as if it has already unfolded.
See this vibrational,
Glowing,
Colorful light of your manifestation reach beyond your body.
Filling the space around you.
Moving beyond that space out into the world around you.
Feeling like water.
Filling streets.
Thoroughfares.
The city.
The town.
Eventually moving further and further and further up above the planet.
Reaching out into the depths of the universe.
Your glowing vibrational,
Colorful light,
A beacon of your dreams and desires as if they have already manifested in your life,
Lighting up the cosmos of the universe.
Tapping into the universal magical energy of creation.
See your desires delivered through these glowing vibrational waves of light to the universe and the universe responding back in kind with the manifestation of your desires.
And so it shall be.
Slowly bring your focus back to your heart.
Feeling into your heartbeat.
Knowing that this vibrational,
Magical,
Energetic light of your desire resonates and vibrates out into the universe as you slowly bring your attention back to where you are in this moment.
Focusing on your breath.
Breathing in and out.
