I must confess that I have been feeling a lot of fear and anxiety this year and that was the inspiration for this meditation. Fear can feel crippling at times and cause anxiety to bubble up within us. Breathe, move, and meditate when you feel that fear push through. The majority of the time it really isn't as bad as what we think it will be. What is the saying fear - false evidence appearing real? I hope this meditation will touch someone. Be brave, be strong, you are more courageous than you think!
