This meditation combines different tantric practices to support you connect to your inner light. Through breathing techniques the nervous system is balanced, allowing for a state of presence, calm, and regeneration. Through inquiry, you can connect to your inner wisdom and inner light (as typical for tantric practices) to listen to messages wanting to surface. The practice combines Sama Vritti (coherence breath) and Nadhi Shodana with Vishnu Mudra. If you are not familiar with the Mudra please look it up before. Otherwise, you can also simply use your hand to close off one nostril. Note: Slight off sounds in the end on the mic.
