As a Director of Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL), she worked across Latin America, Africa, and Asia—designing systems to measure the impact of programs in health, agriculture, and climate change. Her work blended analytical rigor with deep compassion as she led multi-million-dollar projects for organizations like NCBA CLUSA and Partners of the Americas, evaluating everything from HIV/AIDS therapy in Tanzania to youth empowerment in Uganda. Whether studying migrant workers in Mexico or publishing in the American Journal of Evaluation, she sought clarity in complexity and insight into what sustains real change. Over time, she realized that the most profound transformations arise not from external aid but from human resilience and awareness. Through Witnessing Mind, Nilu now applies the same MEL principles inward—helping individuals and organizations cultivate clarity, resilience, and balance. Drawing from Yoga, Buddhist, and Tantric wisdom, she teaches people to monitor their thoughts and emotions without judgment, evaluate patterns and beliefs to make conscious choices, and foster learning that leads to lasting peace. Her approach bridges the spiritual and the scientific, empowering you to become the lead evaluator of your own inner world.
