Welcome to your weight loss EFT tapping meditation.

I want to make a disclaimer that this meditation is not meant to be used to create unhealthy habits.

It's really just meant to be used to help you feel like the best version of you in your body.

This meditation is going to help you lose weight but also really help you to feel your best,

Which a lot of times when you focus on feeling your best you'll notice that you start to lose weight or maybe you just feel better in the body that you already had.

So let's go ahead and get comfortable.

I'm gonna tell you where to talk so all you need to do is feel the words that I say or say them aloud after me.

I want you to start by grading yourself from a 1 through 10.

10 being the strongest on any frustration or negative feelings you have right now about your weight or maybe just not liking how you look right now.

Let's start by taking a deep breath in and out.

Start tapping on the side of your hand right in the middle of the bottom of your pinky finger and your wrist.

Even though I'm not the weight that I want to be right now,

I fully love and accept myself.

Even though I don't feel the way that I want to feel in my body,

I fully love and accept myself.

I know I can get to a place where I lose the weight that I want to and feel better in my body and I fully love and accept myself.

Take a deep breath in and out.

Eyebrow.

I don't always like how I feel.

Side eye.

I don't always like how I look.

Under eye.

It doesn't feel good.

Under nose.

I want to release those feelings.

Under mouth.

I want to be happier with the way that I feel.

Collarbone and with what I see in the mirror.

Under your armpit.

But I don't always feel happy about it.

Top of the head.

And I don't like that.

Take a deep breath in and out.

Eyebrow.

Sometimes I find it hard to make the best food choices.

Side eye.

Sometimes I don't always move my body when I think it would be good for me.

Under eye.

I want to take care of my body better.

Under nose.

I want to feel better in my body.

Under mouth.

And I want to release anything not allowing me to feel that way.

Collarbone.

I want to want to try on clothes.

Under your armpit.

I want to want to look in the mirror.

Top of the head.

Sometimes it's just hard to believe that I can get there.

Take a deep breath in and out.

Eyebrow.

What if I started taking better care of my body?

Side eye.

What if I started eating in a way that made me feel better?

Under eye.

What if I started moving my body in a way that made me feel better?

Under nose.

What if I overall just started feeling better in my skin?

Under mouth.

What if in turn I was able to lose some weight?

Collarbone.

And what if I felt so good that I started caring less about weight loss?

Under your armpit.

What if I was just so happy at how I was feeling?

Top of the head.

And what if feeling good made me see myself in a better light?

Take a deep breath in and out.

Eyebrow.

I allow myself to eat food that supports me in the best way.

Side eye.

I allow myself to move my body in a way that feels good.

Under eye.

I allow myself to have a healthier body.

Under nose.

I allow myself to feel better in my body.

Under mouth.

I allow myself to see how beautiful I am.

Collarbone.

I allow myself to see all that my body does for me.

Under your armpit.

I allow myself to lose weight if I want to.

Top of the head.

I allow myself to feel amazing in my body.

Take a deep breath in and out.

Eyebrow.

I feel so good in my body.

Side eye.

I want to look in the mirror every day.

Under eye.

I want to go try on clothes.

Under nose.

And I want to take pictures of myself.

Under mouth.

I just love feeling this good.

Collarbone.

And I'm so happy to be on this journey.

Under your armpit.

I'm so happy that I feel so good right now.

Top of the head.

It's safe for me to feel good in my body.

Take a deep breath in and out.

Eyebrow.

I feel safe in my body when it feels good.

Side eye.

I feel safe in my body when I take care of it.

Under eye.

I feel so good in my body right now.

Under nose.

When I feel good in my body,

It doesn't matter what size I am.

Under mouth.

But I can be whatever size I want.

Collarbone.

As long as I feel good and healthy.

Under your armpit.

I allow myself to be the size my body wants to be.

Top of the head.

I allow myself to feel amazing and I fully love and accept myself.

Take a deep breath in and out.

Okay,

That is the end of this tapping meditation.

If you want,

You can go ahead and regrade yourself from a 1 through 10.

10 being the strongest on any of those tough feelings you're feeling around your weight or how you looked.

And see if your number went down at all.

If your number goes to a 4 below,

That's usually really amazing.

It means you took a lot of the charge out of the issue.

But if it dropped at all,

That's also going to be amazing for you.

And as you might have noticed,

This meditation was more of a body acceptance meditation than a weight loss meditation.

But I truly believe that the more that we accept the body that we have,

And the more that we feel good in our body,

The more that if we want to lose weight,

We will lose weight.

So that is the purpose of this meditation and why I was not so rigid focusing on weight loss because I do feel like there's a portion there of where you have to accept where you are now and feel okay about it,

Even if you want to be in a different place.

So I really hope it was helpful for you.
