In this meditation,
We're going to be imagining your perfect tomorrow for an anxiety-free day.
We're going to start this meditation by having you get comfortable.
You can sit or lie down,
Whatever feels good to you right now.
Once you get comfortable,
I want you to slowly close your eyes.
We're going to start by taking a deep breath in and out,
And in and out.
And one last big breath in and out.
During this meditation,
We're going to be imagining the best possible day we can ever imagine.
I want you to begin by picturing yourself tomorrow morning.
Just visualize what that looks like.
What are you wearing?
What does your hair look like?
Did you take a shower?
Did you work out?
Maybe you meditated.
Or maybe you churnaled.
Just sit for a moment and imagine all that you need to do before your day starts.
Okay,
Now that you know what you need to do before your day starts to make you feel like you're going to have a great day and you can imagine that happening for you,
I want you to feel how that feels.
How does it feel to get all those things done before your day starts?
I'm sure it makes you feel pretty good.
It probably makes you feel very prepared and ready to start your day.
It probably puts you in a good energy space.
Just sit in that good feeling,
Knowing that you got all that you needed to get done,
Done,
And you can have an amazing start to your day.
Okay,
Now that we have done all that we needed to do to start our day,
I want you to think about what you have to do during your day.
Do you have to work?
Do you have errands that you need to run?
Do you have appointments that you need to go to?
What is it that you need or want to do with your day?
I want you to just sit and visualize how those things look and how it will flow.
While you're visualizing,
I want you to just imagine that everything you need to do will flow as it needs to.
You will be able to get all that you need to get done today.
If for some reason you don't get everything done,
There's always the next day.
If you're imagining any sort of worries that might come up,
Just know that you can handle it.
You can handle anything that comes your way today.
You know that you are capable of handling anything that gets thrown at you.
So just sit with all that you're visualizing for your day and imagine that you're effortlessly taking care of it all.
You feel very calm and you also feel very happy with your day and the things you're able to get done.
And just feel how good it feels when you accomplish some of the things that may be on your list to get done.
And just sit with that feeling.
Maybe it's not even a task that you had to get done.
Maybe it's some self-care that you needed to add into your day.
How does it feel?
Okay,
Now that we have visualized what we need to do to get our day going and then what we needed to do during the day,
We're now going to visualize our evening.
Think about what it is that you plan to do with your evening or maybe just something that sounds good to do with your evening.
Do you want to read?
Watch TV?
Maybe even hang out with friends.
Just begin to visualize how your evening looks.
And think about how happy and good doing those things makes you feel.
Maybe you're thinking about a movie that you want to watch and you just get this warm feeling thinking about it.
Or maybe you're going to see friends that you haven't seen in a while.
Just sit and feel how your evening plans make you feel to think about.
Now that we've pictured our morning,
Our day,
And our evening,
I want you to just sit with how all of those things you're going to do makes you feel.
I'm sure it's a really good feeling.
Maybe you accomplished some things you needed to accomplish and maybe you just relaxed.
Knowing that you were able to get everything done in a calm state.
Knowing that you can handle anything that comes your way.
I'm sure all of that feels really good to think about.
And I want you to just imagine that good,
Calm feeling filling up your whole body.
And just feel it everywhere.
And let's just sit in that good energy for a moment.
Okay.
You can slowly start to open your eyes.
