Welcome to your releasing fear EFT tapping meditation.
You can go ahead and get comfortable.
It's best with EFT tapping to sit up,
But if you need to lie down that can work too.
During this meditation,
We're going to focus specifically on whatever you're feeling afraid of right now and just releasing that.
And it works best if beforehand you grade how you felt before you did the EFT tapping and then afterwards we're going to grade how we felt after we did the EFT tapping.
So right now,
If you think about something that you're afraid of,
Go ahead and rate that from a one through 10,
10 being the strongest.
And before we get started,
I just want to let you know that I am going to tell you where to tap and then say the statement and you can feel free to say it after me,
Aloud or in your head,
Whatever works best for you.
So let's get started.
Start tapping on the karate chop or the side of your hand.
I know that sometimes fear holds me back from being happy and I still love and accept myself anyway.
I know fear blocks me sometimes and I still love and accept myself anyway.
Even though I carry fear,
I still love and accept myself anyway.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow all of the fear.
Side eye all of the pain.
Under eye all of the stress I carry.
Under nose I want to release it.
Under mouth I want to release the fear I carry with me.
Lower bone,
It doesn't feel good to carry this fear.
Under your armpit,
I know fear is holding me back.
Top of the head,
I know fear is stopping me from being happy in my life.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow I want to release this fear.
Side eye I don't want fear to hold me back anymore.
Under eye I don't want fear to keep me from being happy.
Under nose I don't want fear to have a strong hold on me anymore.
Under mouth I want to release that.
Lower bone,
Carrying fear doesn't feel aligned with how I want to feel.
Under your armpit,
I don't want to carry this fear anymore.
Top of the head,
I want to release this fear I'm holding on to.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow What if I didn't have to be afraid?
Side eye What if fear didn't have to stop my happiness?
Under eye What if fear was something I could recognize and easily move past?
Under nose What if I didn't have to live in fear?
Under mouth What if fear wasn't something I had to feel all the time?
Collar bone What if I could get past the fear and be happy?
Under your armpit What if I wasn't afraid?
Top of the head What if I was able to let whatever was going to happen happen?
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow I am not afraid.
Side eye I don't live in fear.
Under eye I don't let fear control me.
Under nose Fear will not control me.
Under mouth Eye control me.
Collar bone I easily recognize fear as it comes up and I release it.
Under your armpit I realize that life happens and that's okay.
Top of the head There isn't anything to be afraid of.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow When I'm afraid,
It doesn't align with who I want to be.
Side eye When I'm afraid,
I'm not the happiest version of myself.
Under eye I no longer live in fear.
Under nose I am the best version of myself when I'm not carrying fear.
Under mouth I am the best version of myself when I can easily release fear.
Collar bone I can get closer to the person that I am meant to be when I let go of the fear.
Under armpit I no longer live in fear.
Top of the head Fear no longer controls me.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow I am not afraid.
Side eye I don't live in fear.
Under eye Fear doesn't control me.
Under nose I control me.
Under mouth When I am in control,
I am the happiest version of myself.
Collar bone When I am in control,
I am the best version of me.
Under armpit I am not afraid.
Top of the head I don't live in fear.
Take one last big breath in and out.
That concludes the tapping part of the session.
If you want we can go ahead and grade ourselves again on the fear that we were experiencing or whatever we were afraid of and you can grade it from a 1 through 10.
Ten being the strongest.
