In this EFT Tapping meditation, reduce your PMS symptoms by validating what you are feeling but also surrendering to the cycle your body is going through right now. The sooner we accept our body's wisdom and allow it to be, the more calm and relaxed we will feel. Music by Chris Collins

Welcome to your EFT tapping meditation for PMS.
This meditation is going to be really helpful for you if you are dealing with any PMS symptoms that are unpleasant and you really want some relief right now.
Everyone has different symptoms that they may be experiencing but a lot of times we just don't feel like ourselves.
We feel like there are feelings and emotions coming up and maybe even pain that we're experiencing and we don't feel like us.
And the best thing right now is to know that this is just a moment in time.
This is just a cycle that our body is going through and it's okay.
It's totally normal that we're experiencing these things,
That our body is experiencing these things.
So right now let's tap on really just allowing our body to do what it needs to do and to really help us also validate any feelings that we're feeling right now because that can also be helpful in lessening the symptoms that we're feeling because a lot of times we hold those feelings in and we don't let them out the way that they need to be let out.
So this is going to be perfect for all of those things if that is what you're experiencing right now.
So you can go ahead and get comfortable.
And if you want you can go ahead and grade your PMS symptoms that you're having from a one through ten,
Ten being the most intense.
And the goal here is to really bring that number down as we tap.
You can follow along as I tap and repeat what I say aloud or just feel what I say.
So let's begin by taking a deep breath in and out.
Start tapping on the side of your hand.
Even though I don't feel like myself right now,
I fully love and accept myself.
Even though I overall just don't feel good,
I fully love and accept myself.
I know that these feelings will pass and I will feel like myself again and I fully love and accept myself.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
I don't feel like myself.
Side eye.
I don't like this feeling.
Under eye.
I feel irritable.
Under nose.
Sometimes I feel like anger comes fast for me.
Under mouth.
Sometimes I'm also experiencing some unpleasant physical pain.
Collarbone and I want to release all of this.
Under your armpit.
I know that all of these feelings will pass.
Top of the head.
Even if it doesn't feel that way right now.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
Sometimes I feel like I'm going to feel like this forever.
Side eye.
It seems like all of these feelings and emotions that I'm experiencing won't ever pass.
Under eye.
Even though they always do.
Under nose.
I just don't like going through this every month.
Under mouth.
And I want to release all of this.
Collarbone.
I want to accept that this is just what my body needs to do right now.
Under your armpit.
And the more upset I get,
The longer these feelings are going to last.
Top of the head.
I want to trust my body and what it needs right now.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
What if I accepted that this is how I felt when I had PMS?
Side eye.
What if I accepted how I felt right now because I knew it would pass?
Under eye.
What if I knew that this was my body moving through a necessary cycle?
Under nose.
What if I knew that I would feel like myself again?
Under mouth.
What if I just accepted this time in my cycle?
Collarbone.
What if I embraced anything that my body needed to go through right now?
Under your armpit.
What if I trusted that my body was doing what it needed to do?
Top of the head.
What if I just surrendered to my body right now?
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
I accept the changes that my body is going through right now.
Side eye.
I know that the things that I'm feeling right now will pass.
Under eye.
What if I will feel like myself again soon?
Under nose.
But I have to honor the cycle that my body is going through right now.
Under mouth.
What I'm feeling is okay.
Collarbone.
No matter what I feel,
I am okay.
Under your armpit.
The pain that I might feel right now is okay.
Top of the head.
My body is okay.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
I know that I won't feel like this forever.
Side eye.
You know what I'm feeling is just something my body has to go through right now.
Under eye.
I know that this is all normal.
Under nose.
And for some reason,
What I'm experiencing feels different than other times.
Under mouth.
I know I can listen to my body and get help if I need it.
Collarbone.
All I need to do is listen to and honor my body.
Under your armpit.
My body is powerful and knows what it's doing.
Top of the head.
I trust what my body is going through.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
Even though I'm not feeling completely comfortable.
Side eye.
I respect that my body is going through a change.
Under eye.
I honor what my body needs.
Under nose.
I know I will be okay.
Under mouth.
I know this is necessary for my body right now.
Collarbone.
And I know this will all pass soon.
Under your armpit.
I honor all that my body needs right now and I accept that I might experience some discomfort.
Top of the head.
I accept the cycle my body is going through and I fully love and accept myself.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Okay,
That is the end of this EFT tapping meditation for PMS.
If you want to regrade yourself and what you graded at the beginning of this meditation on the symptoms that you're experiencing with PMS from a one through ten,
Ten being the most extreme symptoms,
And see if your number went down at all.
See if you feel a little lighter,
A little more positive because of course during this time it can be really uncomfortable and it can be frustrating.
Just know that your body is going through what it needs to go through right now and that's okay.
And I think that is probably the most important takeaway to experiencing this issue in my opinion.

I could cry after completing this. I have PMDD (Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder) and my anger and rage has been heartbreakingly, painfully bad this month. Nothing has helped until this meditation. I am blown away, and beyond grateful. Thank you thank you thank you β€οΈ

I hope my rating stars show 5 stars, sometimes for some reason shows only 4.8. this was so helpful to me, biggest affirmation was knowing that these feelings will pass and that I will feel like myself again. Besides feeling mixed up emotionally, I I get thoughts that I'm mentally not functioning well, but then within a few days, I do feel back to normal.
