Welcome to your I Am Free EFT Tapping Meditation.
We're going to start by sitting up and getting comfortable.
With EFT tapping,
It's going to be easiest to sit up,
But if you need to lie down,
That can work too.
This EFT tapping meditation is going to focus on helping you to get you into that freedom state of mind and move energy through you that's not allowing you to get there.
I want you to just think about letting it all go during this meditation.
Other things that are going on may come up for you and that's okay.
We want to acknowledge,
But also let those thoughts know that we will come back to them.
This is the time for us to relax and focus on our freedom.
It's very possible that during this meditation,
You may hear messages come through for you.
Just be sure to listen.
Tapping is so powerful and you can get so much out of it.
Okay,
Now we're going to begin.
I want you to first think about whatever you don't feel free from.
And on a scale from 1 to 10,
Grade how you feel just thinking about that.
10 being the strongest.
I'm going to tell you where the tapping points are before I say the tapping statement.
So you won't have to know that ahead of time.
When I say the tapping statements,
You can feel free to say them after me or just repeat them in your head.
Whatever works best for you.
Go ahead and take a deep breath in.
And out.
Okay,
Let's start tapping on the karate chop point right on the side of your hand.
I am free and I fully love and accept myself.
Sometimes I get stuck in a cycle of not believing I have freedom.
And that's okay,
Because I fully love and accept myself anyway.
I feel free in this moment.
And I fully love and accept myself.
Eyebrow all the stress.
Side eye all the anxiety.
Under eye all the pain I feel right now.
Under nose I want to release that.
Under mouth it doesn't feel good to not feel the freedom that I crave.
Collarbone freedom is available to me every day.
And sometimes I can't see that.
Under your armpit it's not serving me to stay in a place of not feeling free.
Top of your head.
I want to release that feeling and move into feeling fully free.
Okay,
Take a deep breath in.
And out.
Eyebrow.
This strong pull of energy isn't aligned with how I want to feel.
Side eye.
This feeling of not being free is holding me back.
Under eye.
I want to feel the freedom that I desire.
Under nose.
I want to release what isn't allowing me to be and feel free.
Under mouth.
I want to loosen the shackles that I feel.
Collarbone.
I want to release all that feels heavy to me right now.
Under your armpit.
I want to be free.
Top of your head.
I want to be free.
Take a deep breath in.
And out.
Eyebrow.
What if it was easy to be free and to feel free?
Side eye.
What if it was as easy as a mindset shift?
Under eye.
And once I made that shift,
I'd be able to move toward more freedom in my life.
Under nose.
What if I could easily release whatever was holding me back?
Under mouth.
Whatever wasn't allowing me to be and feel free.
Collarbone.
What if it was that easy?
Under your armpit.
What if I just let go of the heaviness?
Top of your head.
What if it wasn't hard to be and feel free?
Take a deep breath in.
And out.
Eyebrow.
I am free.
Side eye.
I am free in all areas of my life.
Under eye.
I constantly recognize that all the choices I make in my life are mine.
Under nose.
I am free to make any choices in my life.
Under mouth.
I choose to make choices that lead to more freedom.
Collarbone.
I consciously choose to be free.
Under your armpit.
If I make choices that don't make me feel free.
Top of your head.
I have the power to make additional choices leading to my freedom.
Take a deep breath in.
And out.
Eyebrow.
I know I'm allowed to be free.
Side eye.
Even if it's hard to be fully free sometimes.
Under eye.
I enjoy knowing that I have the power of freedom.
Under nose.
Being free is safe for me.
Under mouth.
Freedom allows me to live my life however I want.
Collarbone.
I am free.
Under your armpit.
When I have full freedom I feel so good.
Top of your head.
When I am free anything is possible for me.
Take a deep breath in.
And out.
Eyebrow.
I am free.
Side eye.
I have full freedom in my life.
Under eye.
I will choose to look at everything in my life as a conscious choice.
Under nose.
If I find a choice doesn't align with me I always have the opportunity to make another one.
Under mouth.
Having freedom is safe for me right now.
Collarbone.
Freedom is a choice that I make every day.
Under your armpit.
I am free.
Top of your head.
I have all the freedom I could ever want.
Okay.
Take a deep breath in.
And out.
That concludes the tapping.
And right now I want you to go back to the same thing you graded at the beginning of this session.
When you were thinking about what it is that wasn't allowing you to be free.
And think about that again.
Then grade it from a 1 through 10.
And hopefully this time your number went down after moving all that energy through your body.
And if you want you can do this tapping routine over again in order to move more of that energy through.
