Light-sourcing meditation.

Receive healing light to revitalize your mind,

Body and spirit.

Welcome,

I'm Nikki Sutton.

Please refrain from listening,

While driving or doing anything else.

Make sure you'll be undisturbed.

Dim the lights and lay or sit in a very comfortable position.

Close your eyes and follow the sound of my voice.

Set the intention now to receive healing light energy from the source of creation.

Sending out your signal now to initiate this light-sourcing process.

To reinvigorate,

Rejuvenate and heal your body and mind.

While growing ever more connected as infinite soul consciousness of which you truly are.

I'm going to count you down and as I do so,

You'll become more and more relaxed,

Peaceful and centered.

Here we go.

Ten,

Nine,

Allowing any stress or tension to melt away from your body and mind now.

Eight,

Seven,

Knowing that you are loved,

Appreciated and protected always by your guides.

Six,

Five,

Drifting deeper into a relaxed beautiful space within you now.

Four,

Three,

Your facial muscles and shoulders are relaxing.

Two and one,

Ever so calm and relaxed now.

Your signal has been received by creation.

You're one with creation,

Always connected and visualize or sense now a light in the distance.

A warm glowing loving sphere of light not far away.

Sense or see that now within your mind's eye.

If visualization is tricky for you,

Use your sense of just knowing or sensing the light.

This healing protective light grows closer now,

Growing larger and larger,

Illuminating your surroundings in sparkling hues of white creams and gold.

You're really connecting with the love light caring energy of creation and all that's good and of a high vibration.

Feel the warmth of this light growing closer.

Feel it on your face and on your hands.

It may tingle a little.

And if you sense a slight vibration,

This is perfectly normal.

As this energy with which you connect is of a very high frequency.

Stimulating the natural healing powers of your cells and DNA.

The light moves closer or you move towards it,

Perhaps both.

As union with the light,

Your spirit with light and truth is sought.

Sense the powerful,

Loving,

Compassionate energy of this light as it reaches you now and you can almost touch it.

Its purity is its radiance beyond beauty and its care for you.

Absolute.

Begin to merge with the protective healing light now and feel how good this feels.

How warm and relaxing it is.

Now encircling your body.

You're within the light.

You by your true nature are a body of light.

A human in this lifetime,

Yes,

But truly a being of light.

This is energetic food for your soul to energize you in this life.

Take a few deep breaths now and begin to feel this energy be drawn into you deep into your lungs and with each breath,

The love light energy is drawn into your body further.

Your chest is illuminating,

Triggering great cellular healing.

And as you inhale again,

The light flows within up your neck and begins to illuminate the inside of your head.

Washing away any excess thought or unpleasant emotion.

Working at feeling all those old events from the past or anticipations about the future.

Anything that doesn't serve a high vibration is flowing out of your body and away.

Pushed out by the light of high self worth and self love.

You're inviting in the light contains codes for healing all that requires it.

And as you gently breathe in again,

Your arms and hands become light.

How soothed they feel.

You are drifting into an even more blissful and peaceful place within yourself and your stomach becomes bright and any tensions flow out and away.

And your DNA is stimulated and natural resetting of your perfect DNA template.

And as you gently breathe in once more,

Drawing in even more of creations,

Energetic nourishment,

Your thighs,

Legs and legs illuminate in radiant beauty.

Cleansing cells,

Resetting to perfection and once more fully radiating their own light.

You do radiate your own magnificent light and it's being re energized once more.

And your heart chakra at your chest has infinite love to give and can receive infinite love.

This realization becomes apparent now as you rest within this nurturing sphere of light.

Feel the light being absorbed through your skin.

Sense it with your fingers,

Face and toes.

This light not only imparts its physical healing,

It's a source of wisdom and knowing because it is truth.

The default setting of creation.

This energy is love and truth.

So just be open for a moment and allow to come to mind some wisdom or guidance.

If there was a piece of advice you could give to yourself right now,

Stimulated by this healing,

What would it be?

Go ahead and allow this to come to mind.

Okay,

Just observing and remembering what the energies of this golden light feel like.

Capture this high vibration and bring it back with you.

And become mindful of gratitude for all that you have and will have and will achieve.

This also adds to your unlimited high vibration.

You are one yet you are everything.

You are love,

Compassion and kindness.

And creation holds the same for you.

Sense the light withdrawing from your personal space now as it begins to move off.

And know that you're retaining so much energy,

So much health and unlimited potential and promise revitalized with love light energy.

The sphere of light moves away now off into the distance.

Finally disappearing altogether.

Although available to you anytime when you send out your intentional signal to revitalize your mind,

Body and spirit again.

And it's time to count you up back to earthly reality once more.

Here we go.
