Provide remote healing by sending your consciousness to them and providing healing energy from your heart chakra to theirs. Using your astral body, raise your hand and allow loving, healing energy to flow from your heart space, down your arm, and out of your palm, directed towards the person you're healing. Guided meditation.

Welcome I'm Nikki Sutton.

Please refrain from listening while driving or doing anything else.

Make sure you'll be undisturbed.

Dim the lights and lay down in a very comfortable position.

Close your eyes and follow the sound of my voice.

This process uses visualization.

If this is tricky for you,

Sense or just know what you're experiencing.

Here we go.

Begin to relax.

Take a deep breath in.

And as you exhale,

Release all that serves no purpose at the moment.

Take another deep breath in.

And as you exhale,

Really allow yourself to relax.

Center yourself now and really arrive within.

Your heart chakra has the power to radiate infinite,

Loving,

Healing energy.

Just sense a gentle warming feeling at the centre of your chest.

As you allow your heart centre to come into activation.

Glowing greenish,

Reddish,

And light.

Glowing greenish prana energy radiates now from your heart space.

Sense or feel this energy travelling up through your chest and your shoulders.

As you feel this energy,

Travelling up through your chest and your shoulders.

As your shoulders totally relax down and release all tension.

Your healing,

Protective heart energy moves upwards now.

Relaxing your jaw,

Cheeks and brow.

And moving through your head calms your mind.

Calms your mind and your emotions.

You are becoming more and more relaxed.

Drifting deeper and deeper into peaceful,

High vibrational tranquility.

Your powerful heart chakra energy moves down your arms now.

Relaxing,

Healing,

Causing your arms to grow heavy.

This green,

Healing energy travels downwards now through your lower body.

Lighting you up inside.

Healing and protecting you and releasing all tension.

Down your legs now,

Your thighs,

Knees,

Ankles and feet.

As your muscles completely relax.

You are very calm and relaxed now.

Realising your infinite beingness and your limitless healing capabilities.

Bring to mind now the person you'd like to heal at a distance.

Although distance holds no sway over the power of your consciousness.

You can send your awareness and your healing anywhere.

Being aware of this person now,

Even if you don't know exactly where they are,

It doesn't matter because you can simply tune into them.

In a moment I'll count you down and you will find yourself with them.

Standing opposite them.

Just allow the process to unfold.

No choosing,

Deciding or questioning because the process must flow.

With your clairvoyance and claircognizance coming through unhindered.

Here we go.

Shifting perspective now.

Remotely sending your consciousness to their location.

Travelling there easily.

Staying very calm and relaxed.

2 and 1 and be there now.

Taking your time,

Allow your surroundings to form and see this person there in front of you.

They may or may not subconsciously sense you there.

You're likely invisible to them,

But they may think of you.

See them there now.

Feel any love,

Appreciation or gratitude you have for them now.

They'll be able to feel it on some level.

Now,

Become aware of your own astral body as you stand there opposite them.

Sense your heart space activating once more.

Your heart chakra radiating powerful,

Loving,

Healing energy.

Sense it glowing brighter now.

Using your astral body,

Raise one arm now.

Whichever arm you intuitively feel is right.

In a moment,

You're going to direct your healing energy from your heart down your arm so that it emanates out through the palm of your hand and towards this person you're healing.

You may direct it at their heart space and allow their own dynamic energy field to use it appropriately.

Or,

If there is a specific area on their body that requires healing,

Direct it there.

Your heart center is glowing ever so brightly.

Now,

Go ahead and allow this healing energy to travel down your arm and beam out through the palm of your hand and direct it towards this person.

Do this for a few moments as you experience how this wonderful process feels.

Sense your loving,

Healing energy.

Heal this person now and know that it is so.

Know that you're enhancing their vital energies,

Their immune system and their cells ability to heal.

Your intention is key.

Your energy heals them now.

Okay,

Well done.

Allow your energy flow to reduce as your heart chakra returns to normal brightness.

In performing this process,

You're energizing and invigorating your own energies as well as theirs.

Lower your arm and remaining calm and relaxed,

Return to your normal energetic flow.

Observe this person now and any changes in their energetic feel or appearance.

And wish them well and love once more.

And have appreciation for your own efforts.

I'm going to count you up as you return to your physical body.

Here we go.

Allowing the scene to fade.

Moving your consciousness back now.

Back to your physical location.

Returning feeling calm and rested.

And arriving back within your physical body once again.
