In this episode, you might learn something new about good old coffee, and I am not telling you to need to stop drinking coffee (cause I know its delish!) - but, you CAN do this exercise to harness more sustainable energy, clear your head, increase focus, which means you will get more things done in less time and with less stress. I don't want to brag, but with this short (under 5 minutes) daily breathing exercise, I seem to never run out of energy and I've eliminated my coffee dependence.
