Today we are going to do a self-love meditation.
So when you're ready,
Go ahead and find a comfortable position and gently flutter your eyes closed.
Begin to relax your body,
Letting your shoulders fall away from your ears,
Allowing your jaw to unhinge,
And letting your tongue drop from the roof of your mouth.
Just allow your body to relax,
Telling yourself it's safe to let go now.
In this moment,
Here and now,
You are safe,
You are secure.
Becoming aware of your breath,
Surrendering to yourself with each breath,
And knowing my voice is here to guide you.
And now,
Beginning to slow down the breath with your body,
Taking in longer and deeper inhales and exhales.
Breathing in long and deep,
And breathing out.
A represents a deep honorary axis.
Bringing your attention to your body.
And now focusing in on your heart.
And now go ahead and just sensing into the feeling of your heart.
Noticing what emotions are there.
Noticing if you feel any happiness or anxiety or sadness.
And just simply becoming aware of it.
Simply becoming aware that these emotions and feelings are present in your heart.
Acknowledging any heaviness or tightness.
And now go ahead and place your hands on your heart.
Allow your hands to be a healing vessel for you.
To lighten any heaviness or darkness in your heart right now.
Just allowing the warmth of your hands to dissolve any darkness.
To warm and lighten every inch of your heart.
Using its heat to relax and melt any tightness or tension in the muscles of your heart.
Allowing the comfort and gentle touch of your hands to bring healing and light to your heart.
And if you feel your hands begin to grow in warmth and intensity.
Touch that sensation and be present with it.
As your body is acknowledging your desire for self love and healing.
Feeling your heartbeat slowing down with each breath.
And continuing to take in long and deep breaths.
And now you can drop your hands by your side or keep them placed on your heart.
And just really sense into and pay attention to the beat of your heart.
Paying very close attention to each beat.
Feeling,
Listening and seeing each beat of life.
Listening to the rhythm of your heartbeat.
Feeling what that sounds like.
So coherent and smooth and strong.
Feel that strength of your heart.
And know that strength is inherent within you as you go through any challenging times.
Strength is in the very nature of your being.
It is a core part of who you are.
And it exists in your core.
And now with each beat of your heart.
Imagining love and strength just pulsating from your heart through every vein and into every cell and fiber of your body.
Sending any healing quality from the core of your being,
Your heart.
Sending love and care.
Understanding.
Sending compassion.
And seeing it move throughout your body.
Our heart produces an electromagnetic field that is so powerful and strong that it can be measured beyond our bodies.
And so sending these qualities out through your heart only expands its power and radiates these qualities through and around your being.
And so with each beat of your heart,
You are able to know that strength is inherent within you as you go through any challenging times.
And let's infuse this self-love with gratitude,
Creating an ultimate healing elixir.
I want you to think of three things that you love about yourself.
You can pick a quality you feel you embody or radiate,
Or even one thing about your physical appearance that you love.
Maybe even just a situation where you admire and love the way in which you acted.
And once you have these three things,
You can write one word or see a physical image for each thing on your heart.
And allow your heart to use that same strength and power to radiate that self-love and gratitude throughout your entire body.
You may see the words or images flowing through your veins,
Through your fingers,
And up to your brain.
Nourishing your body and filling it with this healing elixir of self-love and gratitude.
And just seeing that for a few more moments.
End carrying this love and gratitude with you as you move on with the rest of your day.
Bring your awareness back to the room.
Take a stretch if you need it.
And open your eyes when you're ready.
