
Yoga Nidra: Full Moon Wisdom & Balance

This Yoga Nidra practice will support through the energy of the full moon that can, at times, leave us feeling overwhelmed and unbalanced by its energy. Use this practice to calm your mind, your nervous system and find balance within. When harnessed in a balanced way, the energy of the full moon can help us to discard what we no longer need and so this practice will also support you in a gentle letting go of the tensions and energies that are no longer in your service. Use this practice during the days before, during and after the full moon each month or if applicable to you, use it during your moon time each month to shed, rest and balance. This is a shorter practice that uses music created by Natalie, titled "Ocean Of Bliss - 174Hz". 174Hz is a solfeggio frequency known to alleviate stress & foster deep relaxation. If you wish to listen to the track separately or afterwards for a longer rest, it can be paired with this practice by making a playlist.
