My name is Natalie and this practice is going to guide you during the time of the full moon to go inward into the deeper depths of your consciousness and tune into your own inner wisdom The full moon can be a beautiful time of transformation,
Completion,
And letting go but it can also feel intense emotionally and it can leave us feeling like we're not in control and so this practice can help you tune in to harness the more positive energies that come with the full moon.
Energies like transformation,
Completion,
And letting go So let's begin this practice with a short relaxation breath exercise so I'll invite you to start to tense up your muscles,
Tense your hands,
Your arms,
Your face and begin to tense your belly,
Your back,
Your legs,
Tensing your whole body and start to take a big breath in and let it out,
Release the tension,
Sink down into the support beneath you maybe taking a sigh and we'll try that one more time,
Tense every part of your body maybe taking a breath in and let everything go,
Release the tension and let yourself sink down and soften into the support allow your breath to settle slowly,
Finding a natural rhythm allow your attention to move into your heart space and if you have a heart's intention or sankalpa that you use for your practice,
You're welcome to use it,
Or you could use something that sounds like,
I give myself permission to let go or I trust in my wisdom within me you can form the words that resonate with your heart in this moment and once you have the words allow the feeling that accompanies those words to really sink in,
Let yourself feel it and maybe you repeat those words to yourself a few times now we'll move through a body scan begin to sense your toes and imagine a warm glowing light in all of your toes radiating and this light also warms every part of your body that it moves through slowly allow your attention to come up through the soles of your feet sense into the warmth and the light as it moves through your heels the tops of your feet to your ankles and up through your lower legs lighting up your knees moving up to your hips and up through your shoulders light and warmth filling your pelvis warmth in your back and warmth and light around your belly up through your diaphragm and solar plexus beam of glowing light and warmth in your heart space filling your chest imagine this light filling each fingertip radiating warmth up through your fingers into the palms of your hands from the backs of your hands wrists lower arms elbows upper arms shoulders the sides of your neck the back of your neck slowly moving up the back of your head and the sides of your head your ears in the front of your throat the space in your mouth the roof of your mouth cheeks warming light under your eyelids and around your eyes temples forehead and coming up to the top of your head imagine this warm glowing light filling the top of your head radiating in the space above the top of your head as well and now imagine this light and warmth radiating through your whole body radiating outward in the space around your body and your aura sensing your body as one and continuing to imagine this light within and outside of you sends into the rhythm of your breath the natural rhythm just as it is now and you can imagine this light gently pulsing with the rhythm of your breath growing a little brighter as you inhale and a little dimmer as you exhale and perhaps the colors of this light begin to change as you sink deeper into rest and relaxation perhaps the light changes to a soft blue or a gentle silver like the moon without changing your breath or your body begin to notice any places in your body that may naturally be holding on maybe a place of tension or a place of tightness or gripping notice any place you may be feeling this right now in this moment and without needing to change it be present with that feeling inside of you now gently with each breath each exhale imagine the energy of these spaces begin to embody the intention of releasing letting go surrendering breath by breath and let go imagine what it feels like to let go of the places that are holding on and you can find the support and you can find the guidance to begin letting go with a sense of trust in your inner wisdom a sense of trust of what lives on the other side of tension of change and transformation a sense of trust in what lives in the unknown in your mind's eye you can bring back this light in your body and this cool soft glow like moonlight imagine just beyond the horizon of your vision the full moon beginning to rise up above the horizon and the earth around you are bathed in its light this peaceful moonlight shining into the deepest and darkest places around you and within you and this moonlight giving permission to see into the unknown to see into the darkest places where wisdom lives allow this light to be your guide that gives you the sense of trust that you need to transform take a moment to acknowledge yourself,

Mind,
