This meditation starts with relaxing your body, calming your breath, and then focusing your mind on your dream, and your future goals. By visualising your dreams you might get closer to materialising them. This meditation will try to help you to refocus your mind and adapt your actions accordingly. All you need to do is to try to relax and enjoy.

Hello and welcome.

My name is Natalia and I will guide you through manifesting the dreams,

Meditation.

So whenever you're ready,

Find a comfortable seat either on the cushion or a chair or maybe you will choose to lie down instead.

Make sure that you find a position where you feel comfortable and where you can remain still and relax for the duration of this meditation.

And slowly close your eyes.

Elongate through the crown of the head.

Relax your shoulders and bring attention to whatever you find present here at this very moment.

Any thoughts,

Any feelings,

Any sensations.

You might be noticing thoughts trying to make a presence in your mind and instead of pushing them aside,

Allow them to be here for a few moments.

You might be noticing feelings taking over and instead of suppressing them,

Allow them to unravel and try not to suppress or create any sensations.

Allow the things to be exactly as they are here at this very moment.

This is the present state of your inner being.

Now guide your attention to your breath.

Observing the subtle gentle movements of the breath as the belly and the chest rise and fall back.

Follow the journey of your inhale and exhale.

And now guide your attention down to your feet and notice what sensations you will find here on the surface of the skin but also within.

And if there are no sensations at all,

That's okay too.

And hold your feet in your full awareness.

And now guide your attention further from the ankles all the way to your shins and your calves to your knees and hold this region of your body in your full awareness with any sensations present,

Trying not to suppress anything,

Trying not to create anything.

And slowly guiding your attention further up your legs,

The front of your thighs and the back of your thighs,

Including your bum cheeks,

Your glute muscles and holding this region of the body in your full awareness with all the sensations that you find here,

Accepting whatever there is at this moment.

Now guiding your awareness further up through your lower back,

Middle back,

Upper back,

Including the shoulder blades and the shoulders and hold this region of your body in full awareness.

And try to invite a sense of softness to this space.

And now guide your awareness at the front of your body to the pelvis,

Your abdomen,

The ribs,

Protecting your lungs and your heart.

And notice what sensations are present here.

Explore maybe with a curiosity,

What is it?

What does live here?

Accepting anything that you find without passing a judgement and allow some softness to settle here.

And slowly guide your awareness further up to your neck and your throat and stay here for a few moments in the full awareness.

And now your awareness,

Your attention moves down to your shoulders and allow it to gently slide down your arms,

To your elbows,

Your forearms,

Your wrists,

Your palms,

Top of your hands and all the fingers.

And hold your arms in the full awareness with all or none sensations that you find here.

And soften,

Relax your arms.

And bring your awareness back to your neck and guide it further up through the jaw and the chin,

The cheekbones and the cheek muscles,

The mouth,

The tongue and the teeth and the lips and the nose,

The nostrils,

The surface of the nose,

The eye sockets with the eyes,

The eyelids and the eyelashes and the forehead with the eyebrows,

Your temples,

The top of the skull,

The back of the skull,

The sides of the skull and your ears.

And hold your head in your complete awareness and invite softness to take over all of your facial muscles.

And now expand your awareness to the whole body,

Giving your body your full attention and noticing all that is present here,

All sensations,

The surface of the skin but also within.

And allow the softness spread across the whole body.

And now come back to your breath,

To the subtle movements of the belly and the chest rising and falling,

Breathing deeply,

Breathing calmly,

Breathing softly.

And now bring an image,

Of a dream or your goal to your attention,

A dream that you wanted to achieve,

Maybe an image of your dream home,

An image of your dream partner,

An image of your dream job,

An image of your dream life and hold this image in front of you in your complete awareness.

See all the details of your dream with all the colours,

Maybe smells,

Perhaps you can even touch your dream.

Build this picture of your dream in a small detail.

And now come back to the centre of your core,

To your abdomen and imagine there is a warm,

Purple light glowing,

Pleasant,

Nourishing light and as you inhale this light becomes more powerful and as you exhale this light,

Purple,

Warm,

Glowing light spreads further throughout your body,

Inhaling deeply to your centre,

To this pure,

Warm,

Purple light and with your exhale allowing this light to spread further,

Further beyond the edges of your body.

With every inhale this light becomes more powerful and with every exhale this light spreads further,

Down beneath you,

All the way down to the centre of the universe.

Every inhale feeds into this light that originates deep within you,

Your core and with exhale this light spreads further to the space that surrounds you and the light is stronger and more powerful and spreads all the way above you,

All the way through the skies to the edge of the universe.

This is your inner light that shines from deep space within you.

And now come back to your dream and your purple,

Warm,

Inner light is slowly approaching your dream and it is melting within your dream.

Your inner purple,

Warm light blends in with the smells of your dream,

Slowly blends in with the colours of your dream.

With your inhale you are feeding the energy to your inner warm,

Soft,

Purple light and with exhale your light is blending in with the sounds of your dream.

Slowly blending in within the touch sensations of you are touching your dream.

Maybe your dream has a taste and your inner warm,

Purple,

Soft,

Glowing light melts in within the taste of your dream until your purple,

Inner light melts completely with the image of your dream and they become one.

And now notice that now your inner light has blended within your dream.

Imagine that now you have achieved your dream,

You became your dream,

You are the dream.

How does this make you feel?

Notice any sensations,

Feelings arising.

Maybe notice how these sensations or feelings reflect on your body.

Where do they live in your body?

And stay here for a few moments living your dream.

Being your dream,

Being your dream.

And slowly come back to your centre,

To the centre of your core.

Come back to your breath,

Observing the gentle subtle movement of inhalation and exhalation.

Breathing deeply,

Breathing calmly and slowly begin to introduce subtle movements to the body,

Moving the toes,

Moving the fingers,

Maybe moving your head gently from side to side.

And only when you feel ready,

Gently blink your eyes open and welcome back to your days.
