Closing your eyes and taking some deep breaths.

Calling all of your attention into this very moment.

Focusing on your breathing.

Relaxing your body.

And now looking back over the year that has been.

Seeing how you were 12 months ago.

Remembering what you were struggling with.

What issues you were faced with.

What was challenging you.

And what was holding you back.

As you look back at yourself one year ago.

Just sending that past version of yourself,

Love,

Kindness and gratitude.

Moving forwards in time now.

To a pivot point.

Noticing something that came up for you.

That changed things.

Maybe you were faced with something that was more difficult.

Maybe something unexpected happened.

Maybe you felt challenged in some way.

Or perhaps you simply just felt like the problems you had previously were no longer there.

Looking at this situation with a higher perspective.

Seeing how it played out.

How it affected you.

And how you grew from it.

Noticing the lessons you learned.

And again sending love,

Gratitude and kindness to this past version of you.

Moving forwards in time once again.

Looking into your present.

And from the space that you're in right now.

Looking back over your year and seeing how you've changed.

How you've grown.

Looking at the person you've become as a result of everything that has happened to you.

Feeling grateful for all of your experiences.

Being thankful for everything that has led you to this moment.

And taking a little peek into the future.

Looking into the months that lie ahead and visualizing what you think might unfold as you move forward.

With all this perspective.

All the lessons that you have learned.

And everything that you have gained this past year.

And how that's going to help you moving forward.

Just sprinkling some positive energy into your future.

Getting your vision clear.

And reconnecting to your breath now.

Coming back into your body.

Open your eyes when you're ready.

Returning to your day.
