Begin by taking three slow breaths,

Gently in through the nose and softly out through the mouth.

Letting go of any tension in your body using your breath,

Breathing in and releasing as you breathe out.

Now with every in breath visualising that you are breathing in a soothing white mist that calms and consoles every part of your body that it touches.

Sending that mist into your feet,

Lower legs,

Knees,

Breathing into your thighs and hips,

Feeling your legs releasing tension and relaxing.

Sending your breath into your abdomen,

Chest and back,

Filling your entire torso with that soothing mist that relaxes every muscle,

Organ and cell that it touches.

Sending that mist along your shoulders,

Down through your arms and into your hands.

Letting go of any stress or tightness.

Then breathing the soothing mist up through your neck,

Your jaw,

Your face and scalp.

Feeling your entire body to soften and relax as much as possible.

Even if you are still holding on to some tension in your body,

Let that be okay.

Accept yourself exactly as you are in this moment.

You do not need to change or edit yourself in any way.

Now placing one or both of your hands onto your heart.

Setting up your wells of love and compassion within you and allowing a feeling of gentle kindness to make its way around your body.

Send love to yourself as if you were responding to a small child or a lost animal.

You might even like to visualize yourself talking to a child,

An animal or a vulnerable aspect of yourself.

Talking softly to yourself,

It's okay darling.

You're okay.

I'm here with you.

Things may not be playing out as you expected right now.

I know you're scared and worried.

I understand.

I'm here with you.

I see you.

I hold space for you.

I have oceans of love for you.

It's okay to feel exactly how you feel.

Please let go of any self judgment or criticism you feel towards yourself.

It's safe to accept that you feel this way.

I know you're hurting dear one.

I can see your suffering.

And I promise to hold you through every moment of this.

Spending some time sending love,

Acceptance,

Kindness and compassion to yourself.

I'm here with you.

I'm here with you.

I'm here with you.

I'm here with you.

I'm here with you.

Now it's time to expand those feelings of love within you and access an abundance of gratitude.

Start with something easy.

The reason that you get out of bed in the morning.

The person,

Thing,

Animal,

Place,

Circumstance or experience in your life that makes you feel most alive and most like yourself.

Doing whatever it is to mind now.

And overflowing with gratitude for all the ways that this person,

Animal,

Possession or situation makes you a better person.

I'm here with you.

I'm here with you.

Saying thank you from the depths of your being that you get to have this experience in your life.

Expanding your thoughts now to all of the other gifts and things to be truly thankful for in your life.

Now focusing on the little things that make your life easier and more comfortable.

Electricity,

A device that keeps you socially connected.

Your bed,

Access to food and water,

Opportunities to learn and improve yourself.

Plants,

Animals,

Clothing.

Experience is in all corners of your life.

Spend some time seeking it out.

Uncovering every last thing in your life that you can feel grateful for.

Chasing everything but everything.

You As you experience the feeling of appreciation within your body,

Inviting that positive feeling to expand and to hang around and linger in your body for as long as possible.

With every breath,

Your experience of gratitude gets bigger and your positive feelings expand.

You may still have some distress within you,

Continuing to send it love and compassion and continuing to expand your feelings of gratitude and abundance at the same time.

With this gratitude still present in your body,

Bringing yourself back into the here and now.

Coming back into yourself and gently opening your eyes and seeing the world around you with a new perspective.
