When in balance, this fourth Chakra is responsible for feelings of love, acceptance, joy, compassion and gratitude. Myra will guide you to let go of any beliefs or patterns which may be holding you back from reaching this potential. Now let's begin.

Sit with your spine upright,

Close your eyes,

And come into the center of your head.

Remember that's where you can create heaven on earth.

Create a rose out in front of you and use it to clean out the center of your head.

Let the rose collect up anyone else's energy that might be there or just anything you're ready to let go of and put the rose out in front of you and destroy the rose.

The Anahata chakra or the fourth chakra at the center of the chest.

With your attention at the center of the head,

Imagine a chakra person out in front of you and allow little white lights to light up on that chakra person.

Everywhere there are walls that separate you from others.

Now you might notice them more around the fourth chakra and they might be in other places too.

But if there's a great big collection there around the fourth,

Then we know that those could be some of those walls.

Create a rose out in front of you and let that rose collect up those little white lights and put the rose out in front of you and destroy the rose.

Now just notice,

Are you running earth energy?

Are you running cosmic energy?

In order to stay present in life,

We need to keep our aura evenly around the body.

So first we need to be running our energy and that'll have you feel better and then being aware of your aura in front of you,

Behind you,

Side to side,

Above your head and below your feet.

Go ahead now and destroy that chakra person and just imagine out in front of you a path.

And let this be your path in life.

I'd like you to allow roses to pop up everywhere there are experiences where you have moments of intimacy.

And just notice,

Are there any roses on the path?

Are there a few?

Are there a lot of them?

And go ahead now and destroy that imagery and create one rose out in front of you and let that rose represent your openness to experience moments of intimacy.

Notice the size of the rose,

The openness of the rose.

Notice the length of the stem.

Give that rose a grounding cord down to the center of the planet.

Allow the rose to fully bloom.

Give it a gold Sun bringing in high vibration energy for your openness to experience moments of intimacy.

Take a nice deep relaxing breath.

Notice how that feels.

Go ahead and snip the stem of that rose and let it go out to the universe to come back to you.

When we clear the energy in our communication space,

So right now with your attention at the center of the head,

Just be aware of Vishuddha chakra,

The fifth chakra.

And as we clear the energy there,

It more easily allows the energy to flow through Anahata,

Through this fourth chakra at the center of the chest.

And just notice create a rose and you can let that rose collect up any energy that's sitting in the way of that flow between Anahata and Vishuddha,

Your fifth chakra communication space.

And put the rose out in front and destroy the rose.

Imagine out in front of you two roses side by side.

And let the rose on the left represent your inner world and the rose on the right represent your outer world.

And I'd like you to imagine a cord between them,

Allowing the energy to flow from one to the other easily in both directions.

And just notice how it feels to see that.

Again,

Give both roses a grounding cord.

Ground out your fear or anyone else's fear.

And give them both a gold sun,

Harmonizing your inner world and your outer world.

Bring that gold sun into the roses and then bring those roses right into the center of your chest.

And let these roses bring down any walls that remain that separate you from others and from yourself.

Remember,

You can always put a rose up at the edge of your aura as a filter or to create a boundary.

And your aura creates a boundary for yourself.

And your awareness of it then can allow you to have some harmony and consistency between your inner and outer worlds and still feel safe.

Imagine over your head a big gold sun.

And in that gold sun,

Put the energy of self-love and love of the divine.

And anything else you'd like to put in there,

Maybe gentleness.

Pop a hole in the gold sun and allow bright gold,

High vibration energy to pour in through the top of the head.

Let it soothe and bathe all the cells of the body.

And just notice the openness and freedom as that bright gold energy comes down through your chest area,

All the way down through your grounding cord and filling up your aura evenly around your physical body.

I hope you enjoyed the practice.

Use your imagination throughout the day to access your intuition.

Be aware of your own energy and see what happens.

Until next time.
