Hello,

I'm so glad to be right here with you in this very moment.

Accepting yourself in the moment has to do with accepting yourself exactly as you are right now.

For the next few minutes,

You'll explore yourself in this moment.

If it feels comfortable,

Go ahead and close your eyes.

Take a deep breath,

Hold it,

And let it go.

You can lay down,

Sit upright with your legs crossed,

Or curl up with the blanket,

Whatever feels right.

Give yourself a moment to explore different positions.

Now thank your body for meeting you in this way,

In this moment.

When you're ready,

We'll go a bit deeper,

One layer past the physical into the mind.

What is going on in your mind right now?

What thoughts are coming up for you?

Let your mind wander without trying to stop it.

There is no darkness in your mind.

Take a deep breath,

Hold it and let it go.

Now we'll go another layer deeper into your feelings.

Give yourself some time to fully feel whatever it is you're experiencing come up in this moment.

What name would you give to this emotion?

Name it out loud.

Is there more than one emotion?

Name them too.

Do your emotions have a color to them?

A shape?

Imagine you're holding the primary emotion you're feeling in your hands.

What does it look like?

Turn it over a few times.

Give yourself some time to examine it,

Noticing any details.

Now,

Set it aside and thank your emotions for allowing you to connect more deeply with being alive.

Take a deep breath,

Hold it and let it go.

When you meet yourself as you are in this moment,

You allow whatever is to be without judgment,

Without avoidance,

Without fighting against it.

You acknowledge that nothing is wrong.

It simply is and it all belongs.

When you open yourself to the flow of life,

You send a message of loving acceptance to yourself and to the universe and you create a sense of ease and peace.

You remind yourself that you don't need to do anything or try to be anything different than you are.

You just need to be.

You give yourself the confidence that you can meet the moment,

Whatever it may bring.

Thank yourself for showing up in this moment exactly as you are.
