Lectio Divina: Allow Your Soul Freedom (St. Teresa Of Avila)

We all have a purpose and part to play in bringing peace and love to the world. But this peace needs to spill over from the well of peace within us. This Lectio, in which we contemplate this beautiful quote from St Teresa of Avila, hopes to inspire us to know that peace of the Divine in ourselves, to draw upon it, and allow our souls the freedom to sing, dance, praise, and love as we bring peace to those around us.
