Twelve Holy Nights Ritual – Wish Offering & Asatomā Mantra
by Monika Loe
Step into one of the Twelve Holy Nights with a gentle nightly ritual of reflection, release, and quiet inner magic. You’re guided through a simple, sacred sequence: lighting a candle (real or imagined), opening the space with incense, herbs, or intention, chanting Asato mā sadgamaya, and offering one folded wish to the flame — unopened — so the universe may take care of its unfolding. If you like, prepare a candle, incense or herbs, a fireproof bowl, and your box with the 13 folded wishes — but everything can also be done in your imagination. We close with three soft repetitions of the mantra — a blessing for clarity, guidance, and inner light through these nights between the years. Whether you join for one Rauhnight or for all twelve, this ritual supports release and reconnection with your inner light. If you haven’t yet written your 13 wishes, you can begin with the "Winter Solstice Ritual – Asato mā sadgamaya & 13 Wishes" track as a gentle preparation. With love, Monika
