We are gonna meditate with the Bija Mantra,
Shreem,
And Shreem is drawing to us all that is good and helpful and that is promoting positive growth and development.
It's the mantra of Faith,
Devotion,
Refuge and Surrender and Shreem relates to the heart in its feeling aspect.
Shreem is the seed mantra of Lakshmi,
The Goddess of Prosperity and Abundance and Shreem has also a soothing effect on the mind and emotions,
Allowing us to surrender to divine grace and take refuge in the higher powers.
So for the practice,
I will guide you through marma points and zones and tissues on and in your body,
Chanting the Bija Mantra,
Shreem,
And you can either visualize or feel the part of the body or touch the point gently with your hand.
So for example,
We will start with the top of the head.
You can either feel into the top of the head,
You can touch the top of the head or you can visualize it.
And for the mantra Shreem,
You can pronounce the SH sound like the SH in shoe in English,
So it's a very soft SH sound.
And for the M sound,
The Anusvara,
So the M with the dot,
I invite you to bring your tongue to the roof of your mouth,
So you do Shreem.
So allow your body to relax,
Feel into the mantra Shreem,
Feel that with the vibrations of Shreem,
You are drawing all the good things to you,
Everything that you need.

Allow yourself a moment in silence to rest and enjoy the aftersounds of the mantra vibrating your bodies.
Just feel your body,
Feel the healing,
Feel the healing vibrations working through your bodies.
Gently,
Slowly bring your attention back to your breath.
Allow your breath to flow into your belly.
Gently deepen your breath,
Feel your belly expand in all directions when you inhale.
And feel your belly moving back towards your spine with every exhale.
Enjoy your breath.
Gently filling your belly and your lungs with air and prana,
Taking in all this healing energy.
And breathing out,
Letting flow out everything that you no longer need.
You can continue to meditate a little bit longer if you wish.
Or you can slowly sit up if you're lying on your back.
And then bring one hand on your chest or your palms into namaskar mudra.
I would like to close our practice with one om and three shanti for peace.
Exhale completely.
And then inhaling for om.
Om Shanti,
Shanti,
Shanti Shanti,
Peace,
Peace,
Peace.
May there be peace in your heart.
May there be peace around you.
And may there be peace between your inner and your outer world.
Namaste
