Love is not something we have or something we hold - it cannot be attained, and it is not something we fall into. Love is what you are. In this meditation, we will use our presence with the breath to breathe into the love that we are, ground this wisdom in our bones and awaken our soul.

Good morning.

Please take some time to come into your breath.

Without trying to control it,

Just allow it to move through you.

Take a deep inhale and a deep long exhale.

Then take a long breath in.

You feel that?

An awakening to the love that you are.

Complete your exhale.

Lengthen your breaths.

Fill your lungs with vital energy.

Allow yourself access to that voice within that says,

I am love.

I am love.

Let this realization ripple through you to touch every cell and every tissue.

Let your words,

I am love,

Ground themselves in your bones,

In your heart,

In your stomach,

And in all these centers of energy within and around your body.

Long breath in.

I am love.

Long breath out.

I am love.

Allow this realization to energize you.

Waking up your mind.

Waking up your body.

And waking up your soul.

Let this moment remind you today that you do not have love.

You cannot hold love because love is what you are.
